I have two phones rg 128 7plus and one in black. Rg ready to ship but black holding it up. Never call reps but figured why not. Told me black 128 7 plus backordered. Grrrreeeeeaaat ordered on 9/9 255 eastern
Update I just cracked my 6s screen also yay

On 9/9 at 12:04AM... I called to order 3 iPhones on JOD.
At that time I was about to order 128GB JB+, and 32GB Matte+ and 32GB Rose Gold+
I ordered the 1st two and then system's crashed for the Rose Gold order. I called back at 3:30AM and ordered the Rose Gold.
Quoted 9/19-9/26 on all of them...

On Wednesday, I received shipping notice for the Rose Gold and it arrived launch day (Friday). No movement on the other 2 until the evening... I received tracking for the Matte Black 32GB on My T-Mobile and nothing for the 128 JB.

Fast forward to a few mins ago...
I got a text from T-Mobile... with a shipping notice and tracking... but it was the same tracking that I saw last night on My T-Mobile... HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT...

But then..... something caught my eye...

When the Rose Gold shipped... it was The package was 1.3 lbs.

The new package is 3.6 lbs...

I am thinking BOTH PHONES are in this package.

This will not be the first time something like this has happened to me at T-Mobile. Last year, with the 6S, all 3 phones shipped in the same package, despite having different order numbers.

So... looks like I'll have my Jet Black Plus 128 on Monday!!!!!!!

My package for a 32gb + black matte is also 3.6lbs and it's only 1 phone...so idk mate

I'm 9/27-10/10 and have received my UPS tracking info but it's for a 32 gb + black matte

Ordered on 9/9 around 3:30am pacific time, currently have 9/19-9/26 shipping date, haven't been charged.

Most likely back ordered as well I'm in the same boat with a 128 classic Apple to introduce something everyone will want but not make nearly enough

I was told I couldn't see my order online because it was backordered. I can see the order on the Tmo app. But then I was also told my delivery will still happen between the 19-26. So who knows ..
 
Did some of you received tracking number for an iPhone 7+ 32gb with expectwd delivery date of 11/01-11/30?

Also a T-Mobile rep in the store made me cancel my preorder from 09/09 3am and reorder because apparently the trade in with my iPhone 6 wasn't started at the same time than the preorder. So my shipping date got pushed and moved from 09/19 to November and on top of that I had to pay 20$ activation fee. And now I realize you can start the trade in whenever you want on their website! I'm I correct thinking I got kind of "screwed" here ? Do you think I can complain and get my 20$ back ?
 
I'm one of the very few who have the rare 9/27 - 10/24 ship date
Now now now... I usually don't do this. I usually keep my cool and pretend not to care but... I guess I'm just board so I actually hit up the Tmobile chat and spoke with a rep BECAUSE the ship date was so strange to me compared to everyone else's. Especially people who ordered after me who have a 9/27-10/10 or date similar to that.....

The Rep said that she has my date down as backordered 11/01-11/30....

She specified that i'm one of the first set of people who ordered too....

When I tell yall i'm heated but i'm trying to live life as normal and not upset myself over a phone....
Most of the time the rep is literally looking at the chart for ‘if you ordered RIGHT NOW’ and they have sent it to me as the source of this poor information before.

Tmo seems to throw money at customers (or at least me over the last week). You don't even have to complain, just be as confused as the rep.
 
Still no charge, no shipping, no change of date, nothing. 128gb Black 7+, should of gotten GOLD or SILVER
 
Got charged on the 16th. 7+ (32GB / Black) -- Just got a text + email today morning that item has been shipped even though it has no info on UPS besides order in process. (Text/Email said wait 48 hours for info to be updated)

Ordered on 9/9 -- Signed EIP at 12:24AM PST. (Estimated shipping was 9/19 - 9/26)

I hope you all get your iPhones very soon!
