They just told me that all iPhone 7 plus will start shipping early November.
It doesn't matter what my estimated shipping date says on their site.
Question for all you seasoned T-Mobile experts: we just switched from AT&T. My company has negotiated 15% discounts with all the carriers including T-Mobile. Several of my coworkers have the discount on their simple choice Plans. I asked a CS rep how to set this up when our accounts become active and I was told no discounts could applied to the new plans. Is this true or is this normal CS misinformation? If I push this issue to a manager will it go anywhere? Anyone have any experience with this at all? Thanks in advance.

Online my order show September 19th-26th. I am chatting now with T-Mobile Help online and now this:
"Shipping time frames for all colors and memory sizes can also be found here explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-dates. I'm showing your device should ship between 11/1 to 11/30. I realize this may be disheartening to learn that you'll have to wait even longer. I apologize for any discrepancy in the shipping time line. I show you were told differently earlier. There has been an overwhelming demand for the most of the Plus models, in fact the stores are not even carrying them at this time. I see that you did pre-order at the earliest possible opportunity on 9/9, however, inventory on that model is just insufficient at this time. I would imagine you'll be one of the first to get it within that time frame since you pre-ordered very early, so hopefully beginning of November. Wish there was more we could do on this. You can check the link above periodically to see if time frames have changed, but as of today we're looking at November. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. We're here for you 24/7"

"I get where you're coming from, really do. Hopefully we can get Apple to forecast better in future on inventory coming to us. The Matte Black actually does have a shorter wait. Shipping time frame is 10/3 to 10/17. You are able to cancel the order and have one re-issued for the Matte Black. Would you like to proceed with this change"

Yeah I just spoke to them too. They told me they have to wait for Tim Cook to personally bless each individual iPhone before shipment.
