So an updated to my phone...

It was sitting in their Kentucky warehouse for three days, and I called and chatted and no one could tell me why it would be sitting there for three days. One of the reps said to wait three more days to see if it gets picked up by UPS, and I said that is not an acceptable answer to anything. I filed a claim with UPS, and they contacted T-Mobile on my behalf to inform them that they have never received my phone from their warehouse, and the device is clearly sitting in their warehouse. My claim was resolved with no communication further. I wake up to another charge for the phone from T-Mobile (So now I have two charges of $202), and they refunded the original transaction. My device was picked up at 3-4AM by UPS and it is in Philadelphia now waiting for delivery on Monday.

Long story short, since T-Mobile can't tell me anything, here is what I came to the conclusion of. Either my phone was misplaced or stolen, and that is why it was never scanned in by UPS. Once I filed the claim via UPS, T-Mobile was forced to explain where my device was, and they simply grabbed another one to fulfil my order. This is why I was charged a second time.

That's the only thing I can come to, let me know if any of that makes sense to anyone else. Either way, my device will be here Monday...

this gets me worried because i have 2 32gb MB 7+'s waiting for UPS and UPS says the label was created on 9/16 at 5:05am and they're still "ready for UPS" meanwhile I've heard that other people with the same phone as me have already gotten an origin scan

granted, I did get the tracking numbers today at like 7am and T-Mobile emailed me about the shipments this afternoon, but I just don't like not having an origin scan yet lmao

I would wait until Monday comes and goes. After that though I would open up a claim through UPS. It doesn't take a day for UPS to pick up a device in a box. There is a chance it missed the origin departure scan, but it would be scanned for departure for sure.

There are a ton of planes flying from China and Alaska today. I bet we will see many orders being fufillied in the over the next few days.
A t-mobile representative told me that all those planes are carrying matte black and jet black iphone 7+s in various gb sizes specifically headed to t-mobile main shipping center for immediate processing to complete all of the pre-orders.
I wish that were true, hopefully it is somewhat true, would be nice to see some movement and a change on my order. :)

yeah, I'll wait and see...Hoping it's just a delay in tracking info on my end, or it just somehow gets here on monday lol

Oh my gosh these are the most planes I've seen in a while. Good chance a lot more people will be seeing movement in the next week.

I'd venture to guess that they are talking about NEW ORDERS ONLY. Not the existing preorders. Everyone's existing preorder, with Sept-Oct ship dates, isn't going to suddenly be bumped back to any day in November.

I ordered the night of launch, I signed my forms by around 3am PDT. I have a late oct-early nov ship date. I think you are correct about for new orders only though. Just doesn't give me the warm fuzzies I will see my order any time soon.

I can confirm it too. Tim Cook left me a voicemail about an hour ago informing me of the delay.

I can neither confirm nor deny that I called Bryan Bowler.

Personally I don't think Steve Jobs would have allowed the JB...

Like he didn't approve this one?

I broke down and cancelled my Jet Black 128gb and switched it for the Matte Black 128gb regular 7. Customer service rep was super helpful and it was quick and painless. Order not showing up in My T-Mobile yet but my estimated ship date is 9/19-9/26 now.

They charged me $24.99 for Overnight (or will) but she credited it to my account.

Not looking good, I order a 128 silver plus on Tuesday and saw early this morning the estimated shipping date was pushed ahead of time 9/26-10/4 now it says 10/10/16 - 10/24/16 might just cancel my order

How do you get such an early ship date and you just ordered again? There's no sense to this.

I don't believe this for a second... but hey good for you!

That's been a trend now on some other forums as well. It is likely that these are more realistic estimates than the ones we were quoted in our original order.

If you check the website that's the estimated ship time for a regular black iPhone 7 128gb anyways. I don't know if that's what the system will give me, but that's what the rep told me.

That's what I was told by the rep while I was placing my order, once their system processes my order and I can see it I'm sure I'll have a better idea.. really it's only the 32gb models in Black and any Jet Black regular 7 that's backordered with the regular 7. 7+ is a different story but I didn't want the plus.

Better than November and I also have serious concerns about the JB's durability
