We've had a few people over the last 16 hours or so say they have been charged for a black 7+ 128 GB but no one has posted proof. Still weary that things are finally rolling out for that model.

Update from a call from Exec team: Still no 256 Matte 7+ in the possession. Really hoping in next two days. They said they sold more phones than any other carrier and thus the problem.

complain if you don't get the phone in your ALLOTTED ship date you received when you guys placed your order. FFS. It's absolutely POINTLESS to complain and **** talk on a company that can't control what is given to them (T-Mobile) by a company that can't make enough iPhones because of production which sometimes happens to every company (Apple).

Do like Frozen and LET IT GO until something actually doesn't happen to your order after the ESTIMATED ship time.

I can understand if you pre-order a phone 4 hours after they start taking orders and your estimated shipping date is two weeks after launch...you have to admit that is a little frustrating....

7+ 128gb matte blk, 9/27 - 10/10

Just got an update from Art Lucero:
"Your device looks to be shipping this week as inventory is expected to arrive. You are on the priority list so once it does, your shipment will be prepared and sent."

Tried to order several times at 2:01am CST and the went into a retail store twice before getting an order to be successfully placed. I also forgot to set my emergency brake (because I was tired?!?) and this happened to my car (http://imgur.com/a/AWj1y) So ultimately, this iPhone 7+ is gonna cost me over $9k :(
So quick question, what's puts you on the priority list ?

To all 7+ 32gb matte black with 9/27-10/10 I hope you guys get your phones soon. I received mine yesterday. Writing this from my phone actually. Don't give up hope. If it means anything order was placed on 9/9 7:42AM PST. Also I'm a new customer to T-Mobile so I don't know if that played a role in getting my phone out fast.
What was you original estimation date? 9/27-10/10?

T-Mobile clearly prioritizes orders for new customers. They did that to me last time, now I am on the other side and have to pay back. I have the exact same order, 10 min earlier than you. Stil lno charge, no notification, nothing.

My question is why is there a priority list I find that as complete BS I stayed up till 4am to order my five phones and I find it ridiculous that people who ordered the same device as me later than me are getting their iPhones before me

I said that yesterday. I was told I was bitching. I agree with you 110%, but get ready for some nasty comments from others.

I actually believe it to an extent. Not sure about the other carrier upgrade programs but I'm sure TMo gets a TON of upgrades just because of JOD. So many people don't have to wait until the 2 year contract is up to upgrade. Again, I am not sure if other carriers do these promotions but if not, I could see them being in the lead. *shrugs*

I posted this in another thread but curious to hear from people who have phones already, how were yours delivered?

I got one of my phones yesterday and have to say I'm pretty disappointed. Not sure if I should blame Tmo or UPS but the phone was left on my sidewalk next to my house, IN THE RAIN, wrapped in a plastic bag. I'm glad I live in a quiet neighborhood because the box was not a standard brown unmarked box, it was a TMOBILE marked box with IPHONE 7 printed easily viewable on it. I had assumed it would be a 'signature required' delivery for something that is worth over $900!

If you live in a busy area you may want to make sure to take the day off or ask ups to hold it or something, I really can't believe this is how they are being delivered.

No device/tracking number yet, but what put me on it (if it exists) was that the system literally would not let my order go through (thrice by phone, twice in store even after a rep called technical support to push it through, and even the order with executive response almost didn't work). They noted that I'd been trying to place an order since literally midnight launch day, but their system screwed JOD customers, so they tried to make it right.

There is no list. We get the phones when they come. When they say we will ship priority they mean next day shipping. There is no special treatment unless your have a VIP account which is reserved for celebrities and social influencers.

I've been watching the TMO new order shipping times page a bit. Compared to yesterday 9/19 around 11:24am shipping times for most iPhone 7 models have vastly improved dates (9/22-9/29) ... A few SKUs lag behind: all 32gb 7's and Jet Black show mid-Oct or later shipping dates.

For the Plus models, nearly all SKUs have slipped another 1-4 weeks. Some show 11/15-12/12 dates! Gold 256gb plus is earliest at 9/27-10/10.

The exec team member that called me just told me that. They are so overwhelmed with people switching from other carriers, their normal way of business is taking care of them first. But they had over 700K people move over, and overwhelmed that system.

He ASSured me that since I was so early, (within 3 mins) I'm in the next group, and he's CONFIDENT It'll ship by Thursday. that being said...we got no inventory of 7+ 256 or 128's in our possession.

So...last year with these idiots.
