Honestly I think T-Mobile is shipping phones out randomly. I'm slowly starting to give up on checking when mine is coming . My new biggest issue is making sure my current phone stays in good condition before I receive my 7+MB 32gb
People are already getting the 128+ with estimated dates of 27th - 10/10.. so I'm sure ours will come soon. I ordered the same as you btw :)

lol @ finally he made someone happy! His people have been on the ball for me since this mess started... of course I still don't have my plus, but that's not the point... or is it? hah

To be honest, "this mess" is a result of Apple's calculated supply chain/marketing efforts. "This mess" happens and has had happened at every launch since 3GS (trust me, I know), so I can't imagine it's a manufacturing holdup every single time.

My order:
I usually order at 1201am but I was on travel abroad this time and was unfortunately unable to place the order until 345am PDT. 128gb Black 7+ T-Mobile JOD Business Customer 9/27-10/10. No charge as of this morning.

I'm totally happy for you and to see some movement, but that just really annoys the heck out of me. My estimated ship date for the same phone is 09/19 - 09/26 and I ordered at 11:58P PST and am an existing customer.

You lucky bugger is about all I can say. I guess this is payback for moving away from Apple to Android for me :(

wait, this is real? does this mean that JOD have priority over regular EIP? This thread is giving me anxiety.

No, I asked this to the exec team because last year jump had priority over regular customers and I was upset that without warning they made a tiered customer system (and here I had been buying all my phones 100% but wasn't a priority any more than all these other people) This year I asked since now I'm a jump od customer, she said no they got rid of that system due to so much negative feedback. However, I brought to her attention that yeah it upset a lot of people last year but it got a LOT of new jump customers JUST for the phone priority and now we don't have any priority.

I wanted to give an update I got a charge for one of my phones this morning around 1015am. Both orders still say in progress on tmo site so I cant say for sure which phone it is- but I'm gonna assume its the 128gb matte black not the jet black one.

Thanks. It seems new customers and JOD are getting first dibs. Still a good sign for us existing customers as it shows that at least Tmobile now has inventory. We should be seeing CC charges over the next 48 or so hours, with hopefully weekend deliveries.
