No one has been charged for their 7s matte ?

Of the 4 phones ordered on my account, the matte black 7 was the first to arrive - today. I was billed for the taxes around 11:00am on the 18th. The phone arrived this afternoon. It was ordered on the 11th around 7:30pm

The 3 other phones are 2x32GB matte black+, and my 128GB jet black. Nothing on these last three yet.

Okay, so I ordered my rose gold 32gb 7 at 1:45 AM central on the 16th, my card was charged like 3 hours later. I went to bed afterwards and woke up with shipping info in my mailbox, the time stamp indicated that it was sent out at around 11 AM. Checked UPS My Choice, label was created at 5 AM. Then no activities from UPS for a whole day (Friday) but showing ready for UPS. Got to the destination city on Saturday 7:45 AM but didn't deliver until Monday. If this timeline is somewhat correct, the labels for orders that are charged this afternoon should already be created (about 2 hours after getting charged). Notification email about getting shipped should be out somewhat tomorrow early morning. Just not really sure if they'd make it tomorrow. For the rose gold the initial scan for UPS happened at 1 AM Saturday and ended up in my city (Texas) at 7:45 AM which potentially could be right in time for same day delivery. Hopefully we'll see something soon ;-;
Why even post on here that wasn't even a pre-order.

Cause it was a preorder. 01:45 AM central is like 11:45 PM PST which t mobile uses. I was able to get the trade in promo with simple choice plan and over night shipping. And also I have a 7 Plus Matt black 128 that I ordered 15 mins after the start of the preorder and that order got charged today. Just wanna share my experience and see if it's helpful.

I don't think a 32gb rose gold would be considered as a metric to go by as far as time of charge, ship, receive...at least for us awaiting a black variant.

Oh no!!

Maybe not the part where I got charged 3 hours after ordering but I would think that once CC got charged, the timeline should be identical. Since I assume they'd only charge with those phones in hand. Once they charged CC, rest of process should just be create label, pack, wait for UPS, UPS transit then UPs deliver. The timeline for those processes should be independent to the spec of the device.

Got 65 responses so far but nothing telling yet. Really need more data on anyone who has already received their phone!

And I know it's a stretch but order #s are going to be a big help too! Thanks to all who have responded so far!
Added my response. Can you link to the responses spreadsheet? Doesn't need to be editable I can export a copy.

You would think so, but it looks like they might have done it to retain the orders.

I'm seriously just sick of being left in the dark about all this. Last time I ever order through T-Mobile. I'm always the last, so matter how early I do something. My 128GB should have been charged today with all the other blacks too. Just annoying.

I totally agreed. The worst part about this whole mess is not about the wait. I mean if they had communicated it well to us, I can't speak for others, but I'd be more chill and patient. Or maybe I'd just went with apple instead. The most irritating part about this is that so many things were incorrectly promised and information got misinterpreted. It just felt like waiting for a surprise, but in a bad way because of all the anticipations.

They better not...I was about to cancel and just place a rose gold 128 plus order with apple this afternoon after work. I would be more than upset if they charged me with no intention to ship my device within a reasonable amount of time,,,,

When the next time some planes coming in? Maybe we'll get some charges overnight?
Planes go from Shenzhen to Anchorage for Customs, then Anchorage to Louisville for sorting and distribution. Shenzhen planes leave in the mornings, and Anchorage planes typically leave in the afternoons. My guess, again, is that the customs scan triggers your card being charged, and shipping info appears once the phone is at the distribution center in Louisville.
