-ordered online and was confirmed via email at 9/9, 6:06am PST
- EIP signed immediately
- received shipping estimate of 9/27-10/10
- just got email with tracking from TMOB couple min ago. haven't been charged yet
- just got email from UPS saying delivery tomorrow
- never did the trade in stuff yet, FWIW.
- also ordered iPhone 7 32GB rose gold for my fiancé probably 20min later on pre-order day and she's had her phone delivered since day 1
I never received an email from UPS yet but I have my tracking and everything
 
So since my tracking info didn't appear until 10am officially from T-Mobile do you think my phone could still come today? Or should I be looking at tomorrow more realistically? I think I'm still going off of UPS' estimated delivery date, but the lack of updates on their end concerns me.
 
Well I order on 9/9 7+ black 128gb and no movement yet. I'm checking online thru there website, is it better to download the app?

Their website isn't very useful. Many of us have no updates on T-Mobile's site until after we've received our phones. Check UPS My Choice (you will need to register online), as well as your online bank account.
 
T-Mobile updated my order saying its shipped, though UPS is saying order is processed on the tracking side.

I think we all hope(including myself) they will get delivered today but so far it seems unlikely. I'm calling it and saying tomorrow we get our phones delivered.
 
Last night I changed the delivery option from my address to the local UPS customer care center. Since the order is still "being processed" it shouldn't affect delivery time once things are actually on the move, right?


How were you able to do this? When I pre-ordered I was only able to ship to the billing address on the T-Mobile account (my mom's house, since we share a family plan) for "security reasons."

I was hoping once it ships I could contact UPS and have them re-route it since I live a couple hours away from her.

You have to create a UPS my choice account, and from there it will let you either reroute your package or have it be held for pick up.
 
I just want some movement. Almost all Black 128 Plus folks got charged yesterday, except me, of course, because I have the worst luck when it comes to any of that.

You will need to register for a UPS My Choice account. From UPS's site, you'll be able to change the delivery method.

I did the same thing. No, your delivery date will not be affected. You should be able to pick up your package at your local UPS center's opening time on the scheduled date of your delivery.

might be because I signed up with UPS alerts a few months back for some other stuff. I got my order info via gmail from TMOB, then the UPS tracking info from my yahoo mail. eh, still the same stuff; delivery tomorrow :D

Sign up for UPS My Choice. After that, pull up the package that's getting delivered (the phone) and click "change delivery." After that, it will give you some options and you can pick the one you want.
 
So I ordered two 7s on 9/12 Matte black 1 128 and a 32. Shipping date was 9/27-10/10. My card was charged on 9/17 so i figured a shipping notification would follow, it didnt so I contacted T mobile they said they didnt know why my card was charged and it could ship at any time. Last night my order went from being processed to back ordered and now this morning it is back to being processed but my card has been refunded. T mobile has been absolutely awful in this.
