Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

I love the fact an agent in chat just assured me that no 256 7+ are shipping until at least 10/18 per internal note they just got. First to pre-orders..but no stock guaranteed by apple on those black units until then.

Asked twice are you sure it's not for people ordering RIGHT Now. She assured me it's worse for ordering now. Most popular model and they are told by apple none coming for T Mo until mid october.

So bye bye T mo if that's the case

Yesterday around 11am pst I saw the pending charge on my bank account. When I went to my TMO account it showed processing still so I thought nothing of it. But this morning, I got an email that my order is on it's way and included the UPS tracking number. I went back to my TMO account and now it says shipped! UPS Next Day Air Saver

Pre-ordered: Iphone 7+ Matte Black 128GB
Order placed: 9/9/16 8:02am PST
Status Order: Order in process, est. delivery 09/27-10/10 << as of 9/21 says SHIPPED
(regular Jump Upgrade)

Hey guys. I been following this forum since the pre orders to check n everybody's status. Just wanted to give you my experience so far...

I called T-Mobile at 2:01 CST and it took 13 minutes to order with JOD. I ordered the jet black 256gb iPhone plus. I received the the agreement email and signed at 2:15. My shipping has been set at 9/19 - 9/26.. Still waiting to get my card charged... :(

For the record, I don't want to believe her...that being said, she was so adamant and apologetic and quoting internal emails and status updates from warehouse and apple, I sadly believed her.

I said why does my account still show 9/19 - 9/26...she said because those systems are unreliable and are based on data when order was placed. She said she had the most current status in her system.

Then again, maybe she hates her job this week and just wanted to make TMO look worse.

-ordered online and was confirmed via email at 9/9, 6:06am PST
- EIP signed immediately
- received shipping estimate of 9/27-10/10
- just got email with tracking from TMOB couple min ago. haven't been charged yet
- just got email from UPS saying delivery tomorrow
- never did the trade in stuff yet, FWIW.
- also ordered iPhone 7 32GB rose gold for my fiancé probably 20min later on pre-order day and she's had her phone delivered since day 1

Haha yeah maybe she is very confused, could be Jet Black that is this way, not all 256GB. Or lying, or something. I highly doubt that is true.

Guess I have to wait since mine was charged a little bit after yours keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Last night I changed the delivery option from my address to the local UPS customer care center. Since the order is still "being processed" it shouldn't affect delivery time once things are actually on the move, right?

Same model, order by phone at same time (with trade in), same original shipping estimate, and now same UPS timeframe
