Me complaining about people getting "prioritizations" in a verbale conversation it is not possible to re-prioritize an order. so everyone who were told that are A. Full of it.... B. Were lied too... or C. The reps don't know what that term means.

Interesting...my "exec" rep didn't fully complete my order till the Monday after preorders started for 6s+ (Space Gray)...had same schpiel about it getting prioritized, and still wound up with it the following Monday only due to them putting it as ground shipping. Maybe it was just because they happened to get a shipment in at the time, who knows. But definitely wasn't a months long wait. So I guess even in the exec office they need to get their info straight. That or they didn't want to let on about prioritizing, lol.

I am from chicago, signed up with tmobile the day of preorders right when the store opened. I transferred over from ATT. Got the iPhone 7 + JB. Ship date is november. no cc charge yet. online says still processing. :(

Jet blacks are probably the most back ordered ones :(

I may try that as well to see if I get a credit. Did you email the executive team if so, what email address did you email
 
Same here, I was given a $20 credit yesterday after writing to the executive email address.

Still no IMEI though, so a lot of good it did otherwise.
CAN YOU please tell me the executive email and where i send my complaint to get creidt please

$900 for a phone is stupid. You can get a MacBook for that price. Hell you can get 2 used MacBooks instead of a half assed phone that look and act the same as last year

The URL wouldn't work since its only accessible in your account, it will just throw you back to T Mobile.com login page. Someone else had the same error as well I believe.

Again dissapointed in tmobile response on twitter. PMed and was told that there is nothing they could do on my delivery window 10/11-10/24 and they wouldn't waive the 20 support upgrade charge once i voiced displeasure.

What? They waived mine! Contacted them via messages on the application.

Plus these devices hold value. iPhone 6 Plus's are currently estimated by Swappa to be going for anywhere between $350 to $475 depending upon the storage capacity. With a 128GB 7 Plus you are most likely looking at recovering at least 40% of the cost of the device after 18-24 months.
