Oh thank god, my order finally changed from "Processing" to "Shipped" just now. Guess I should be getting my IMEI any minute now.
UPS came to drop off a package, turns up the girlfriend bought something online. Bummer -

Going into UPS My Choice, my shipment shows
The 9/21 delivery date only shows when I track using the tracking #. I'm convinced that this is just a placeholder and we have had ZERO movement since last night. Its entirely possible that UPS may not even get these devices in their possession by 5PM EST today, which I assume is a requirement for guaranteed Thursday delivery for overnight customers.

I don't really. Its just that others in the same position as me (having already been charged, having already gotten a tracking number), they also got their IMEI and I hadn't, so was worried about not having gotten to that step yet.
Alright so its past 3PM. Patiently waiting for a charge on my card.

The most common storage configuration bought of iPhone is 128GB by a LARGE margin. When things say opposite of what you think, either everyone else is stupid and you are correct or you are probably making wrong assumptions.
Storage on phones, laptops, desktops, memory cards and hard drives is INCREASING not decreasing. We were promised easy access to "cloud storage" but we were also promised flying cars. Neither of that has happened yet. I use Google Photos primarly but there's a very big limitation. If you go on a hiking trip or say where you don't have good coverege or any coverage, you can't upload your photos or videos and have wait until you get coverage. And 16GB is just not going to cut it if you take videos. What do you do then? There's also problems with retrieiving those photos and videos. I would hate to wait to download photo and video every freaking time just to see it - which will be the case if you don't store anything locally!
Games need a lot of onboard storage too. Not to forget, apps are growing bigger and bigger. They said the all apps will be web apps with a native skeleton, guess what, we are going the other way. Apps are getting larger and larger and they all need space to store data - all those chats, pics, videos sent around in the messaging apps need to be cached for performance boost etc. Check the size of your facebook app right after you download it and after 30 days of use. Compare how much more storage space if takes. Also, the industry is now long convinced that web apps are not going to happen.
So, Photos/Videos, Games, Apps - I gave you at least 3 reasons you need MORE storage even in 2016 and so will be the case in 2018.
Ok so I was charged yesterday for my 128GB 7+ MB and my shipping label was made on 9/20 @ 10pm. I just checked and it still says the same thing with today as the estimated delivery even tho there isn't any movement... and my IMEI has been showing on MyT-Mobile since this early morning. Can I expect it tomorrow? I also got my shipping number for a MB 7 128gb (not plus) like on Monday and it still hasn't even had its origin scan??? It said est delivery Tuesday, now Wednesday, yet it still hasn't shipped? What's going on lol
Apparently tmo has the phones in a warehouse in Louisville and had them yesterday but didn't get them into the UPS queue yet, I suspect today will be the actual ship date... Or not, could be meat, could be cake.
You may well get it tomorrow, but you won't know for certain until UPS changes the status. As things stand for pretty much all of us, T-Mobile has created shipping labels electronically but UPS has not yet received the package, or has received them but not updated its systems (unlikely).
Yes, our phones can ship now guys, thanks for waiting.
GREAT... as us customers who have already been waiting a week, we couldn't wait any longer!
Not certian of the technicalities, but my understanding is that 9/22 deliveries are guaranteed only if UPS receives the packages by 5PM EST on 9/21.
