I have been going back and forth with TMO twitter all morning. The reps are contradicting themselves. One says it is on backorder, the other says it is ready for shipping. I told them that they need to get the story straight as it appears like no one knows anything. All in all, they said I should still receive it in the shipping window they set. I am just annoyed and frustrated that nothing in the 256 range is moving. At all.

That's odd, my guy on the phone said it was critical that I sign my eip while I was on the phone with him because that was what actually finalized my order and put me in line to receive a device.

Per the E-Rep

Hey guys...I've been following this page since literally day one. Didn't have anything additional to contribute until now!
iPhone 7+ MB 128gb. My credit card was charged yesterday. Haven't gotten any tracking information until a few minutes ago with the text from T-Mobile. I went on MyUPS to change the delivery to Hold for Pickup - I figured there were no guarantees so better not to take time off work ;). BUT the weird thing is that I set my pickup for the distribution center near my house and it said "Available for Pickup: September 21". But my order status is still "Order Processed: Ready for UPS". Should I go by the distribution center on the way home and see if maybe it is there with no tracking info??

Mine said the same thing, it just does it automatically based on when the label was created. Once it's ready for pick up, it will actually show a message saying the request has been completed and also an email from UPS my choice saying package is now available for pick up.

It won't be there. It said available September 21 because the expected delivery date is September 21.

You'll know its available for pickup when the tracking says something like Hold For Pickup Complete.

I had the misfortune of getting a bad CSR who put the wrong model on my order 12:02am 9/9. Took over 24 hours and 4 phones calls to finally get it all corrected. On each of the 4 calls I was assured that correcting my order would not push back my ship date.

It sure did. I am stuck in the odd 10/11-10/24 window.

Correct order processed and signed the afternoon of 9/10

128Gb iPhone 7+ Matte Black.

No charge/shipping

It very well could be a possibility. When I worked at a fintech startup, we used two dates - application approval and application signed. Some of the processes were dependent on the approval datetime but a few (especially around legal) were dependent on signed datetime.
