I was told it went by when EIP was signed. I called because others received their phone and had ordered hours after me. Rep said they must've signed EIP Before me.

I shouldn't have waited on that EIP that long. But I always want to make sure to take the time to read things like these in detail. Don't regret the reading but could have done faster.

I have been going back and forth with TMO twitter all morning. The reps are contradicting themselves. One says it is on backorder, the other says it is ready for shipping. I told them that they need to get the story straight as it appears like no one knows anything. All in all, they said I should still receive it in the shipping window they set. I am just annoyed and frustrated that nothing in the 256 range is moving. At all.

Me too! It is frustrating, no movement, I am confident I will get it before or on September 26 (9/19-9/26) but it's hard to believe, there are no 7+ 256 gb MB anywhere!

Yes, just pay it off in full though. Not sure if T-Mobile still sells it unlocked.

Anyone want to get the ball rolling on a class action lawsuit? This lack of 256GB blacks and ANY jet blacks is absolutely ridiculous. At the very least, I will be taking my new phone to AT&T as soon as it arrives and leaving T-Mobile.

I'm done. Going to Apple store by me in AM and buying another carrier. With no movement on 256's today, no way it's getting here Monday/tuesday. Embarrassing for Tmo. Problem with companies when they grow too fast. Give up on customer service and quality and you end up like Krispy Kreme

You cannot take this phone to at&t. Even if you pay it off as soon as you get it, T-Mobile won't unlock it unless it's been on the account for 3 months.
