Oh yeah I know I won't be charged, I just wanted to know what my signal would be instead? Previous guy who was in a similar situation and ordered on 9/15 received three 32GB matte blacks yesterday but I can't remember if he got any real notice besides Tmobile updating his status as shipped.

I just don't have any hope for that because my order status page fluctuates. I also haven't been able to get in contact with the executive member since she preordered the phone for me
I see. Yeah I am in the same boat actually. Waiting for my JOD iPhone 7 Plus - 32GB - Matte Black to ship. I have a 9/27 - 10/10 ship date and I ordered at 9am on 9/9. Not cool that T-Mobile is shipping orders randomly, rather than orderly. Only signs / notices that we get is by having a UPS My Choice account and waiting for T-Mobile to mark as shipped like you said. Sucks!!!
 
I think the big question is, Are the iphones being delivered via a magenta UPS truck?

I honestly think it's because they are sticking them in the stupid T-Mobile boxes. Absolutely ridiculous. Let's piss off our customers with a stupid branding strategy. And the $20 fee reminds me of when I was with AT&T. Less and less "uncarrier."
wouldn't that mean that the are aready in those stupid boxes?

The fact that there's been no movement in UPS since 10:30 last night gives me even less hope for tomorrow. I don't get the process. Why do a shipping label if you're not ready to ship?

I don't have an issue waiting for the phone, but that communication has been all over the place and completely inconsistent.
 
Yeah there is no reason why i shouldn't be getting my phone tomorrow. Ive been charged, TMO says shipped, they emailed me with my IMEI, i have a UPS tracking. and have a over night shipping, tf is the hold up ?!?!

Exactly the same boat as you bruh. So annoying. I've had the tracking number since 8am and no movement but I got assured the delivery is tomorrow.

Although Tmobile are doing big things in the mobile industry, sure seems like Apple look at them like the small fish.

Yeah they told me that i "should" be able to pick it up tomorrow. i just don't see how thats possible
 
T-Mobile's internal systems must be in meltdown, I'd hate to be the person tasked with fixing all of the brokenness. I haven't been able to see any details regarding my order except the order number since 9/9 - never got any text messages or email updates they claimed to have sent, except for the final shipping mail I just got. One has to hope that the people tasked with running the actual network are better at their jobs than those running their website and customer data management systems.

That's kinda what happened to me when the 6 came out.....some how my order was cancelled a few days after I placed the order.....they credited my entire bill over $200 dollars and supposedly put a rush order in for me......

They gave me 60 bucks in credit 30 dollar credit for 2 months in my billing since they ordered me the wrong color for my wife's line too.
