...how did you get an estimated ship date a day prior to release? And just 5 days?
Beats me. I think I posted a pic of it somewhere earlier in this thread.

You'll notice my signature has a different date. I had a chat with T-Mobile yesterday and they pushed me back to the 9/19 crew.

They gave me 60 bucks in credit 30 dollar credit for 2 months in my billing since they ordered me the wrong color for my wife's line too.
Guess what they didn't give me any credit and even more still haven't sent my phone either.
For anyone who is not aware I am waiting on a matte black 256gb iphone 7+ that was ordered on 9/9 and no changes yet to my order.

Got my shipping label

7+ 32GB MB

Hi everyone, this is the guy who ordered an iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB Matte Black on 9/14~15 around midnight and was charged and had a tracking number. On 9/9, I called a bunch of times to T-Mobile. After they messed up my first order, I called them again to cancel that order and place a new one. When I placed the second one, I decided to cancel it too and just find one in store. I called a rep to cancel it and then next week, I placed another order because of limited Plus quantities. It seems that I have two orders ongoing because my second order was NOT canceled like the rep mentioned that she would. So my iPhone 7 Plus MB 128 GB is shipping from my second order that was placed on 9/9 around 2:58 AM PT, NOT the one placed on 9/14~15 around midnight. At this point I'm grateful that the rep didn't cancel my second order like I had intended to. I didn't know about the second order still being active because the order number never showed up on my account for T-Mobile online.

Ok so quick question.I had an iphone 6s which I bought directly from the apple store last year(unlocked fully paid off) and now I have an iPhone 7+ 32GB comming soon (which I bought from tmobile with an EIP). I also decided to join JUMP for 12 a month which covers warranty (really the main reason I want it for). My question is would I be able to "JUMP" to a 128gb plus once the supply problem is solved (say december)? Or i cant simply do that? Thanks for your insights.
If you wanted to "jump" out of it that soon, your best way of doing it would've been getting the phone through JOD rather than regular EIP.

Off to bed. Shipping label was created 24 hours ago, hoping I wake up to an origin scan/departure scan and what not and HOPEFULLY my MB 128gb 7+ will be delivered tomorrow... I'll just have to hope.

Tracking just received!!
Ordered 9/9 5:30 am central
7+ mb 32gb
7 mb 32gb
7 rg 32gb
Est ship 9/27-10/10
All jod. I'm assuming the 7+ was holding the order up.

Same here. Almost 36 h at this point. I scheduled a callback from T-Mobile for after the 48 h point, so they can't say that I need to wait that long per the email I received. I actually wanted to talk to someone tonight, but the wait was 2 hr(!). :O
