I wonder if Apple is just having a hard time with the Jet Black because of the polishing process or whatever. It would not have been a big deal for them to say:

"We're gonna ship four colors on September 16th. Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, and the new Black. Just a week later, we're going to roll out the Jet Black so we can get our most beautiful iPhone out to as many customers as we possibly can."
 
Welp my device is on the truck for delivery, but I hope the rest of you guys don't have much longer of a wait especially @Kylee0300 lol. I've seen her on here since day one. So good luck to all and have a good weekend!

I ordered 7+ JB 128 gb on 13th sep and till today not seeing anything in ordere status in mytmobile account. Di any one experienced this ?
 
Anyone else getting a delivery in Southern California seeing this?

"A late flight has caused a delay. We're adjusting plans and working to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Your shipment is scheduled to arrive today after the delivery commitment time."

Hopefully they make good on their word and deliver today.

I ordered 7+ JB 128 gb on 13th sep and till today not seeing anything in ordere status in mytmobile account. Di any one experienced this ?

I hope you don't see anything, until those of us who ordered the same phone, Jet Black plus 128, on preorder day at 1201 receive our devices. You should have a November ship date. I ordered mine the second preorders opened, and had a 9/19-9/26 ship date from the start. Even if I get charged today, I won't see my phone till Monday or tuesday at the earliest.
 
UPS and T-Mobile seem to really hustle once the phone is in their possession. Here's how my pre-order process has gone so far:
-Pre-ordered the 32GB IP7+ MB at 4AM CST on 9/9
-Estimate immediately switched from 9/16 to 9/27-10/10
-Received tracking info saying a label had been created yesterday, 9/21, at 8PM CST with an estimate delivery date of 9/22
-Woke up this morning telling me the phone was out for delivery and with an updated equipment agreement that had the IMEI of the new phone

Again, for those of y'all left in the dark because you are Jump On Demand (JOD) customers, I was never charged any money or sent any emails.

I seriously hate you guys that even though you got a label and activty at UPS you are freaking out and crying about your phones? seriously? Have you guys ever bought something online or work at a place where you handle a lot of UPS/FEDEX packages? Its like that... Jesus christ

Meanwhile us Jet blacks and uncharged people are sitting here waiting and watching you cry.

Sounds to me like you are crying too lol. We are all just trying to glean more information from other people who are in the same boat as us. No need to get mad at others who might be further ahead in the process than you. We are all waiting for the iPhone that we ordered.

Everyone take your frustration to twitter already with #tmobilefail about your jet black orders and telling them to front the money for Saturday delivery. Youll want to tweet @tmobile ofcourse. Otherwise we won't see till 10+ days after launch and that's BS for sure.

They are super sensitive to their twitter status and respond real quick. I even had the exec team reach out one time because of my tweet during the 6 launch.

Done.

I ordered on the 10th and I am okay with waiting for the people who ordered before me get their phones first. What upsets me with T-Mobile is their approach to things like customer service. I messaged T-Mobile help after they reached out to me and then they never responded to my questions. (It's been almost a week) Also, If you know this is an issue with Apple having to blame, then take a proactive approach to make your customers happy.

In a business owner stand point, you have to make sure your customers are informed of what's going on.

Alright fellas, I've been here through the thick and thin with you all. I just picked up my iPhone 7 plus black 128gb from UPS. Trust me, it is a beauty in person. All you guys that still have no progress, I hope you all get it soon! UPS seems to move pretty quickly so don't sweat it. Take care guys and see you guys here for the next round!
 
Still no update or news here. 7+ 128 MB order started around 12:15 am Pacific 9/9 but completed around 3 am Pacific 9/10. 9/27-10/10 ETA.

New England area, but I have this in my tracking info as well. Minutes later it departed and went to my local UPS and it is currently out for delivery
