When I was on the website and I clicked order status it just kept taking me back to the home page and the T-Mobile app wouldn't load at all. It was just a white screen

I feel so bad for you JB folks (and some MB people still waiting too!). Some of you have been here since like page 10.... (looking at you @Kylee0300). My phone is waiting at the UPS center near my work for me to pick up...I don't even know if I can make 4 more hours until they open...I don't know how you guys are doing it. Hopefully you all see some movement soon!!!

I'm in LA and my tracking only shows it arriving to Ontario at 4:40am, still says it'll be here by 3pm. Did UPS send you this?

I am still waiting for any changes on my order as well 7+ MB 9/27 to 10/10 ordered in store on the 9th at 9am mountain time still no charges no labels

I honestly hope all of us that ordered at 1201am, regardless of the CSR's computer issues (like mine), see some traction soon. I'm still furious my order at 1201am for the 7+ 128GB JB shows a ship date of 10/25-11/11. I know I should let it go but it infuriates me that I woke up in the middle of the night and worked the next day on such little sleep to have to wait so long for the phone. It honestly wasn't worth the trouble to call in the middle of the night.

So how many shipping estimation windows there is for T-Mobile? Just trying to figure out when it will be my turn :)
- 09/16 - 09/?
- 09/19 -10/10 (starting to be delivered 09/19)
- 10/10 - 10/30??
- 11/1 - 11/30 (my estimated shipping window)

Yeah, same, but mine's 11/1-11/30. I also woke up at 2am but the first rep's order didn't "go through" so I had to call back and the second rep got my billing address, shipping address, and name wrong for the order...
 
Mine is on truck out for delivery. I paid an extra 8 bucks on the ups app to have it delivered between 1130a-130p. Should be here soon. Think I'm gonna run to Best Buy and Grab a glass screen protector.

I don't know who runs istock but the Apple Store by me has a bunch of Jet Black 7 Plus in Stock since yesterday. We really can't believe everything we see online. And I know exactly what I am talking about. I know for a fact they have them at the Apple Store on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach

Great news, after asking earlier on here I checked ups mychoice and label was created last night. Ordered 9/9 8am eastern, JOD. Matte Black 7 Plus 32gb.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice. I believe it's free, but once you put in your name and shipping address, UPS notifies you whenever they receive anything associated with your address.

I received info from UPS way before TMO sent me anything.
