The delivery dates are all off. Each carrier gets an initial upfront supply quote for sure. Apple says OK, Tmobile you get XXXX amount upfront. Tmobile bases their shipping estimates off of their on hand inventory. Those are usually the first batches of initial shipments that are already here in the US. As flights are coming in Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed most of us will see your ship dates fall in line with release day. Happens every year. When I was with VZW, i preordered the ip6 right when it launched online and was told OCtober 14th in 2014. I had my phone on Launch day no problem. Same with the 6s last year. Quoted a later shipping time, received on Launch day.

How do I know this? I know someone who works logistics and supply chain management with VZW

How many e-mails have you receive regarding your order? So far I've gotten two.
One is the EIP - "E-sign to complete your order" and the other is "Your copy of the signed EIP agreement."
Has anyone else receive a shipping number or something else?

Three. The two you got plus a "Thanks For Your Order!" email with the orde summary.

I also got an "your order is confirmed" text from T-Mobile at 8:35am that morning

I received 4 emails total, the last one reminding me to turn in my 6s. First email at 12:20a, second at 12:28a, third at 1:05a, fourth at 6:10a, and a confirmation text at 9:15a.

I did also receive two texts. One of them was from yesterday that read "A quote of $165 was accepted for your Apple iPhone 6 64GB Grey - T-Mobile - MG5A2LL/A with serial number ***************. Please send your old device within 30 days of receiving the new one. Visit http://t-mo.co/tmo_check_order for shipping instructions or call 611"

and the other one was "Get ready! The iPhone 7 releases this week. We’re packing orders, so you might see applicable charges on your card for T-Mobile order #*********. We’ll start shipping 9/15, the day before the device launches."

One more bit of info I just got, All the 7+ Plus models were tight on the initial shipments due to low yield volumes until the last few weeks or so. That's why most carrier show the regular 7 with release day shipments still available.

The Jet Black editions are definitely going to be delayed as there was actually very little available, even to Apple. The other heavy hitter is the 32gb black models. If you got your order in by lunch time yesterday you should be fine, minus the Jet black versions.

iPhone 7 32GB Black ordered yesterday evening on my Jump on Demand program. I had to call a few times, but I got the conformation email this morning. It should be overnighted to me by the 16th...hopefully.

I'm not super excited with the 7, but with these upgrade programs its like, why the **** not.

I DM T-Mobile about issues of not receiving emails and this what they said "Hey Sean, Don't fear, the emails are delayed with the popularity of the these iPhones and all the orders being placed but they will be coming so keep an eye open for them. *BrianB"

At the iPhone hacks section.
did any one able to waived the $20 service fee ? what can we do to waived it ?

When I called I told the rep that I wanted to place the order online in order to avoid the $20 fees for my 2 purchases but their site kept crashing and giving me an error so I was unable to order online.
She told me she will put the orders through for me and waive the 2 $20 upgrade fee's.
So I think I'm good but I will double check my next bill to make sure they dont magically appear there.
Im sure if you call them and tell them something similar they will make some notations to your account so if you do get those fees they can remove them for you.

not sure if this has been answered. The iphone 7 that you get through the upgrade from Tmobile - is it unlocked, if I want to use it temporarily with an international sim when I'm traveling? I know you're signing up for a 24 month contract with tmobile.

Just so you're aware, you'll have free unlimited international data on any of the Simple Choice plans (including T-Mobile ONE).

If you are any kind of JUMP member, they will waive it for you and just call them and tell them, cause that $20 fee is not for us and it's for those people doing regular upgrade what so ever, and most of the rep that I called for pre-order they didn't know it or wanted to charge me for it and when I told them hey you can't charge me for that and I'm doing JUMP upgrade, they said sorry and they didn't charge for it.

So I guess I finally got it. I received the e signature email at 5 am this morning, signed it and at 8 am got a confirmation email. Not sure which order it's from since according to my card it's been preauthorized like 6 separate times (see screenshots) but I have an estimated ship date of 9/27-10/10 which kind of sucks but who knows, maybe it will come earlier.

That would make sense because I don't believe anyone who ordered the 7 plus from T-Mobile on this forum has an estimated shipping date for 9/16

Called in at 11:55 PM Pacific placed my order signed eip at 12:01
Email confirmation of eip sig 12:06 and order confirmation at 5 am email.

Delivery 9/19-9/26

K?

I ordered 20 mins after you and got the same shipping estimate but I believe we'll still get them on the 16th especially since most if not everyone who has been posting on this thread has the same shipping estimate for the 7 plus models

I see many people saying they contacted the Office of the President. Did you call or email, and what's their email?

Contacted them for what? I got my 7 Plus 128Gb Jet Black order in early at 1:50 AM and it's shows the 19th... I hope I do get it at launch.
