yep, me too. You need to make sure you use the phonetic alphabet when you say letters that can sound the same. They STILL have an N in place of the M in my email address, so every time I correct them before I hang up.

or there are plenty of sheep that don't follow the news and reviews like most of us do and just order black and the rep says jet back...yep the black one.

they tried doing this to me I was like I want the "matte black one" tmo rep - "oh you mean the jet black sure thing you can do 128 or 256 which would you like" me "you do mean the matte black right because it comes in 32gb as well, or are you just out of the 32's already?" tmo - "oh you mean black not jet black" me - "never said jet black but yes I want the black, matte black, regular 'ol black that gets delivered next Friday" tmo "oh ok sure we can do that just bring your 6S into the nearest store after you receive the new phone"

so yeah they try to slide the jet black in there for some reason lol

It's been 12 hours since I did my order and have yet to receive the email to sign the agreement. I have an order number. Is it safe to assume that the order never went through ?
It took mine almost 12 hours exactly to come after it finally, actually went through.

Ordered my 32gb iPhone 7+ Black yesterday as soon as preorders opened. I recently changed my phone number this morning and now my order is not showing up. Should i be worried ??

Well after a whole day of trying, I have come to the conclusion that T-Mobile has done nothing but bone me, hard. I called in at 3:00am EST, and got right through to a woman who spoke very, very poor english. I was her first customer, and I wanted to upgrade 2 JOD lines to Black 32GB Pluses. I was on the phone with her for well over an hour, and she got no where, couldn't get onto the system. I hung up on her and called back and got right through to a frat boy in Idaho, who had the same issue. Both of these reps said they would put the orders through and call me back. I never got any information or calls from them again. My brother called yesterday morning and MFed them up and down, all they said was they would "expedite the orders" (without any proof or information as to what this meant) and kept throwing me $25 credits to try to shut us up. We got up to the corporate level, we are expecting a call today from the corporate office. I think the only shot we have at getting our phones is that we called 2 local stores and told the managers what happened. Both agreed to try to hold the phones for us if they even get them. I doubt the corporate office will do anything worthwhile to get the phones on launch day. I am beyond sick of T-Mobile, every year this is an issue. Once I am making more money I'm getting out and going to Verizon or even back to AT&T. I never had any issues with AT&T, always got my phone on launch day. I even had a guy at the store who would put items away for me if I came in and told him I wanted them.

Good question. My number is changing on Tuesday when I port my number over. Hopefully it won't screw up my preorder. The sales rep in the store told me it won't be an issue "yeah right "

This trade in your 6 for 7 for $120 etc. seems like a pretty good deal but they don't warn you that above and beyond that you will have a small monthly payment after credits. For me it's $9.79 monthly above and beyond the $220 plus tax for my iPhone 7 plus 128GB. Maybe it's in the fine print.

You shouldn't have anything to worry about. I think something you said may be incorrect because as stated it doesn't make sense. If you're porting your number, your number won't change, thus the term porting. If you're activating a new line of service that may be a different story.

What I can say is that last year when exec team told me they'd get in touch with the warehouse and move my phone to be shipped with the first batch to go out so I could still get it on launch day (since I did, yanno, actually order right at midnight ) that's exactly what happened. They said the same thing to me this time and I expect that's what will happen again.

My number will change because TMO already sent me a SIM card and that number is different so once I port on Tuesday will have my same AT&T digits.

Finally got my email this morning. This is what I'm getting back though and I'm pretty upset, since I have to deal with this 16GB 6S Plus until possible 10/10(I guess 10/12 when you consider shipping). So annoyed, but it is what it is I guess.

Estimated to Ship 09/27/2016 - 10/10/2016

In this case, having done this before, the SIM you are sent is only a placeholder. You'll be able to track things using the temp number on things like UPS my Choice and once the porting process is complete they will replace your correct number on the account and deactivate the temporary one.

Guys I really wouldn't worry about those ship dates. I normally ordered my phones from Apple in the past. They would show dates like that then all of a sudden u would see preparing for shipment 1-2 weeks before schedule.

I wouldn't worry too much about the date. Just an estimate. They've done the same thing in the past and the delivery dates happened sooner. Mine says 19-26 but I believe I will get it on the 16th. A repeat of last year for me - different date of course.

not sure if this has been answered. The iphone 7 that you get through the upgrade from Tmobile - is it unlocked, if I want to use it temporarily with an international sim when I'm traveling? I know you're signing up for a 24 month contract with tmobile.

You are not signing ANY contract. They are paying you back via credits over 24 months. 6 months from now, you want to leave and go to another carrier, you pay the remaining balance of the phone you OWN and leave....

It is not unlcoked. If you want unlocked you need to order it from apple.

Question, when we receive the phone. How do we apply the trade in stuff so we can get the credit ASAP?

Never done this before

Your best bet is to take it to a TMO store. Just make sure it's one considered to be a 'main store'. Took mine to one store where they told me they couldn't take the phone there. Went to another store considered to be one of these main stores. I was out of there in 10 minutes having turned in a leased phone. They zero'd out the lease and gave me a printout showing it was paid off.

So I'd call the store you plan to take it to and make sure they take phones at that location before going. They may tell you it should be mailed in. That is nonsense. Just find the right store.

You are in fact signing an EIP contract. Otherwise how would they enforce it?

I got a text message stating that I have to return my phones by 10/9 but the order isn't even slated to ship until an earliest of 10/25 (JOD)...lol
