WOW. I just reached out to TMO via twitter to make sure they had the right card number to be charged. they then had to call to be able to confirm and OFCOURSE the original rep did not input the correct card number. I would have never known. I also didn't receive my EIP originally either without having to call because that same rep did not input the correct address.
Luckily there was no attempt to charge yet. Word to the wise- call tmo and make sure they have the right card on file since they apparently are not using the normal card on file for your monthly payment.

I am in the same boat as the post I quoted. Ordered matte black iPhone 7 Plus 128GB on 9/9 around 10am. Website was down. And I had to wait for my boyfriend to wake up to make me an authorized user on our account. He works really hard so I didn't wake him. I'm so nice.
Didn't get the EIP agreement until the next day, 9/10. Signed and have a delivery estimate of 9/27 - 10/10. No charge. No movement. No UPS, no email. Not. A. Damn. Thing. So jealous people with my dates have their phones. Rawrrrrr.
Order number has an S in front of it. Doing regular jump from an iPhone 6s 64GB. Responded to a T-Mobile Twitter post. Someone offered to help. Looked up my ish, got a typical response of "still shows back ordered. Delivery dates 9/27-10/10." Thanks for nothing people T-Mobile hires who know nothing about tech and read from a catalog I'm sure. Surprised they know how to use a computer.

Hey that's not fair. I work for T-mobile but I'm on LOA. I know what I'm doing. Thing is we ONLY know what they tell us or what we see. .. it sucks but it's true.
I'm a sales associate at T-Mobile. I checked my order in the system and it says "Partial Backorder" and on MyTmobile it says "Being Processed." At this points Im not trusting MyTmobile app.
Same here...hopefully closer to the 9/27 side. It's annoying that when ordering he said I'm guaranteed to receive it on 9/15.

Great. Now I'm thinking the girl input my card wrong. Shocking. I originally gave her MY debit number but she said it wasn't going through, even tho I had plenty of funds available. So I gave her my moms credit card number. Only after she realized oh, I had your boyfriends name under your card. Doh. Why is it so hard? So I just left it with my moms card. Now I'm thinking she screwed that up as well.

That made me laugh! I loved my job but I love being home with my kids more! If I was still working I would look into everyone's order assuming y'all would want me to. The reps we (as sales rep) talk to are much better than the ones we talk to as customers.
