here
So to be clear- when you use Jump on Demand to upgrade your previous JoD phone, you have to pay a down payment just because your storage capacity is higher than your last phone even if the full price for the phone is almost the exact same price as the one you have now? That's about the only reason I can think of for a down payment.

Anyone have an order number that doesn't show up on MyTmobile or the tracking page, but you are getting the txts and emails? My order says "Looks like we're having trouble finding your order. If it's an Upgrade, log into My.T-Mobile.com to check your order status."

When i log in to MyTMobile it only shows my ^s upgrades from last year

Its been like that for me since I ordered the device. Got the text with a CONFIRMATION and order #. Got an email as well, along with the estimated ship date (Sep 19-26). The app shows the order as 'being processed' but in my-tmobile it does not show up, and I cannot look it up using the order # and lookup link provided in the email. I've reached out to them and they said that I need not worry and that the order stands confirmed and is being processed.

The down payment is the downpayment whether you have JoD or regular upgrade. tier 1, o down. tier 2, 100 down, tier 3, 200 down. and thats with good/excellent credit.

Ok. So this is what happened to me and wanted to share with you. Friday 2am I pre-ordered online on T-Mobile.com an iPhone 7+ 32Gb. I wasn't able to find anything related to the trade-in process with the iPhone 6. Received a form to sign online plus a text message, delivery estmated 09/20 -10/10. Today went to a T-Mobile store to see how the trade-in will work and they told me I should have done it at the same time than the preorder and I should have seen something to click on for the trade in during the preorder ... The only solution was to cancel my current order and restart the process by putting a new one in the store. My shipping date went from end of September to 11/1 - 11/30... Quite a disappointment :(
