I just called t-mobile to cancel my order and she said she couldn't because it already had a tracking number and was gonna ship soon... I haven't been charged for my iPhone 7+ 128 jb or gotten any notifications.(9/16-9/26

So I checked the tracking number they gave me on UPS and nothing comes up, so I called back to see if they would give me a different answer and she told me the same thing that I have a tracking number already, it just might not be showing up on the UPS website.

Sorry for the long post but I wanted to let you guys know.

That's interesting because nothing shows up for me either. No charge, no tracking number, no status update. And I'm coming up on the ETA so that gives me some hope though it sounds weird that there wouldn't be something at least.

If I have already been charged today, but mytmobile has my order status still as "being processed", is there anywhere I could get my UPS tracking number? (I haven't gotten a text from t-mobile, saying that I was charged either)
 
I spoke today with a "Trade-In" specialist in the "Trade In" department to straighten out my blotched trade-in. He told me that order numbers with 23******** were ones that were put in manually by CSRs into an old order system which cannot be access by the online "Order Status" page. This explains why my Order status page has from day one, 9/9, stated something to the effect that if I ordered recently to check back in 48 hours for the system to update. These 23******** order numbers apparently were used during the early hours of Friday 9/9 during the order system meltdown/disaster.

BTW, I called to inquire why I had not received my Prepaid mail-in label for my trade (my wife's 7+ RG 128gb received on 9/16) The CSR that I spoke with over a week ago assured me that it would be mailed to me. Come to find out that it was never processed. He also went ahead and processed the trade for my 7 JB 128gb estimated 9/27 - 10/24 (still no movement), a very uncommon estimated ship date, I surmise because it was generated by the old order system that was used to process my phone-in order.

At any rate, my wife lets me play with her 7+ RG while I wait for news on my 7 JB.

This is very interesting because my order starts with "2308" so maybe this explains why other people with a similar ship date have already been charged but I haven't. This is on some other level stupid. I am seriously considering moving to AT&T or Verizon .. I get somewhat of a discount with either one.

I need a drink.
 
So what's new? I haven't been here since last weekend... My 128 silver plus was suppose to shipped between 9/26 & 10/10 but I notice it got pushed back til late October early November

I have a 2309 number. It was a non upgrade order placed online on 9/13 for a MB 7 32GB. I was charged for it today. My JOD upgrade numbers started with an S, placed on 9/9 early. Still no charges for them.

All 4 of my orders were 2308 and placed online. I was able to look at my order status on the website right after I placed the orders. All 7 Pluses. The RG and Gold both received on release day. 256 and 128 respectively. Both of my MB, 256 and 128, were charged today.

I haven't gotten tracking yet. and no idea if they will ship on Saturday. they should though. I hope so.
No tracking here also. I even checked my UPS. My order status on Tmobile still shows being processed.

Recently got charged for both phones tonight. Both with ship dates of 9/27 - 10/10

Hmmm.. something troubling has come up. Executive care called regarding my order because I requested a call, I wanted to confirm my credit card number was correct but he said he cannot read the number to me but I can read to him. I just learned from another rep that tmo does not have access to view the card number used besides the last 4 digits. Yet this executive care agent said almost every single number I used on the order was incorrect as I read it to him. Wtf

My local Best Buy had on display the jet black and matte black iPhone 7 plus, and I must say that matte black is a very nice looking phone. jet black is too shiny looks like a toy I didn't like it

He said he could see it but can only tell me the last 4. But if I wanted to confirm the whole account number I would have to read it off to him. Which I though was okay until he told me almost all the numbers were incorrect besides the 1st number and last 4. Very alarming to me and now imma have to replace card and ***** delay this order even more
 
If you do decide to call back tell them that a bunch of people who got charged today would like their tracking numbers txt'd to them.
I did the call back option rather than waiting the whole time period. all you have to do is call the 1800 number on a phone number thats not affiliated with tmobile just keep interrupting the automatic system by asking for a rep and then it will give you the option. I use my google voice number for this lol
 
Frustrating to see many people with later ship dates being charged and getting tracking info while my Plus 256 Silver with 9/19-9/26 is still sitting at Being Processed with no charge or tracking yet. I picked Silver mostly because I thought it would have low demand and therefore ship fairly quick. If 9/26 comes and goes with no update then I will be contacting them to see what is up. I am trying to be patient until my ship dates have fully passed.
