I called ups and asked them the same question. She said it's up to Driver. If he thinks it's a pretty decent area and the package is safe they will leave it. They left both my iPhones on my pouch, so I guess she was right. Got mine yesterday.

They do just leave it. The UPS man dropped it at my door and rang the bell
 
At least I'm in the same boat as you guys waiting for a shipping notification . I have to work 12 to close today anyway so at least I'll be preoccupied I guess
 
I ordered on day one within 15 minutes
Jet black + 256gb
Current status : "Kept On Hold"

Billing address was incorrect for the payment method, called yesterday and used another payment method.
Anyone had a similar issue? how long does it usually take to retry the payment?

Just a heads up. T-Mobile processed my iPhone 7 Plus as a new phone purchase using EIP instead of on JOD. Now they want me to send my phone back and wait until December for a replacement.

I ordered via a live customer care call on launch to avoid mistakes but that managed one anyway. They said there is no way to convert it to JOD.

I found out when I went to the store to turn in my old phone.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but when that happened to me, I had to place a new order. But i'd immediately contact customer support and see what they can do.

I usually order packages from amazon and those come next day air saver, and usually they begin to ship out on Sunday afternoon/evening and you receive the package on Monday. So I think (if T-Mobile releases these fast enough), that we are looking at a Monday delivery. Hope for the best everyone!

Ok I've chat with tmobile.

So if your iphone 7/+ have hissing sounds and you don't like that and want to return it or exchange it for a new one you'll have to send the device back by mail. You cant go to the apple store or tmobile to exchange or return/refund.. you have 20 days for this.

I'm planning on returning mine as im not happy with this hissing sound. I'll be sending mine back next week and back to my note 4 till newer batches or pick up a note 7.

My other phones never made this hissing sound and picks it up on video and when on calls.. I'm not feeling this after spending 1k$ I expected more and not satisfied..

Hope you guys don't have hissing sounds on you new iphone 7's..

Anyone else has them that got it from t-mobile ? Will you return it or just keep it..

I'm sure replacement probably won't have any at the moment.

I called yesterday, fortunately the billing address is just my old address so I didn't have to change it (I was told if I had to change the billing address then I would need to place a brand new order) I just used another card that had the old billing address, they told me it would take 24-72 hours for the charge to go through, just hoping that doesn't mean 1-3 business days :(

It's funny that they'll just leave it outside your house, but when I picked it up from the UPS hub the rep said it was in a locked cage to prevent theft because people were getting fired for stealing phones in general. Also he not only asked for my ID but said he had to type in the number per Apple instructions eventhough I purchased from T-Mobile. I'm in LA, so they maybe more cautious here because they get in a high amount of traffic and it's probably easier for one to go missing.

I'd rather have a barely hearable hissing noise that a phone that goes boom. I know they are exchanging them but still don't trust the new ones. Even a Galaxy s7 has caught in fire, so can't trust Samsung phones for now. But I still like Samsung, I'm loving my 55in Ultra HD TV.

For those of you with movement, does your date on orders under my Tmobile site change?

Mine still say the same dates since Preorder day (10-11 - 10-24 Silver 32gb +, and 11-1 - 11-30 JB 128+)

I just wonder should I keep checking MyTmobile or just wait for a text or email.

i spoke with a rep yesterday, even though the trade in offer ends sunday we are okay if we purchased the phone within the promotion time frame. please tell me I wasn't lied to. i can't trade in my 6 until the 7 comes!
 
So i believe everyone who got charged yesterday like me. Will get their phones shipped put monday!!! Tmobile does not deliver on weekends. I just seen my ups and it shows tracking #and estimated delivery!! So monday it is
7plus black 128gb ordered 9/9

Yeah new note replacement some still having issues with battery but not fire.

My iphone when I'm talking on the phone I can hear the hissing crackling sounds and it's annoying and my other end can hear it too. New devices will have issues thing are not perfect lol.. but the battery fire that's scary.. yeah I'm bit paranoid with my note 4 now lol..

I feel like this devices was rushed.. for me I think 2 year cycle for a high end phone so they have time to test in real world use and fix the kinks out.. not sure everyone buys a new phone every year but use tech freaks must have latest and greatest lol..
