Ok I've chat with tmobile.

So if your iphone 7/+ have hissing sounds and you don't like that and want to return it or exchange it for a new one you'll have to send the device back by mail. You cant go to the apple store or tmobile to exchange or return/refund.. you have 20 days for this.

I'm planning on returning mine as im not happy with this hissing sound. I'll be sending mine back next week and back to my note 4 till newer batches or pick up a note 7.

My other phones never made this hissing sound and picks it up on video and when on calls.. I'm not feeling this after spending 1k$ I expected more and not satisfied..

Hope you guys don't have hissing sounds on you new iphone 7's..

Anyone else has them that got it from t-mobile ? Will you return it or just keep it..

I'm sure replacement probably won't have any at the moment.

Why do that. Phone has one year warranty. If something is wrong they have to fix it or with Apple they change the device. If everything is working and there is only that sound, I would wait. Definitely Apple will address this issue and you will be able to change a device under warranty.

Exactly!!! Apple takes care of any issues. I would just go to the Apple Store no need to mail your phone back.

fyi, for anyone who hasn't done so already i highly suggest going to ups and creating a myups account. it's free. a T-Mobile rep told me about this.

I've been charged for my phone, but I have yet to receive any information from T-Mobile about it, nor has my status changed on my account via the website or the app. thankfully the myups works with just your phone number, so you don't have to wait for the text with your tracking info.

7+ MB 32GB - ordered 9/9 @ 8:00 PST

Anyone with a similar order still waiting for ANY update? 9/27-10/10 shipping estimate btw

I'm still waiting for the other two +'s 32gb silver and rose gold. Ordered on the 15th, no updates yet. Guess these phones are on demand? Estimated shipping date is I think 10/10 to 10/23.

Mall shooting today in my state of Washington. I was at this mall earlier today with my family. Makes you realize how close you come. If we were there just a few hours later bam.

Makes you realize how meaningless this phone really is.

Glad you and your family are safe.

Still nothing... sigh

Your order details look very similar to mine. But your order number is much earlier than mine (S0176). When did you sign your EIP?

Just got a text from T-Mobile on a Saturday morning letting me know I still won't be getting my phone until 11/1-11/30 lol...

But when I saw the notification I got excited when it was from T-Mobile, then I read the message and all the excitement went away quickly.

I wish I'd get SOME type of notification or updates from T-Mobile. Even if it's that they are pushing my ship date back that would at least be helpful because then I'd just cancel my order and wait it out until I could go into an actual store and buy one...

Just a heads up. T-Mobile processed my iPhone 7 Plus as a new phone purchase using EIP instead of on JOD. Now they want me to send my phone back and wait until December for a replacement.

I ordered via a live customer care call on launch to avoid mistakes but that managed one anyway. They said there is no way to convert it to JOD.

I found out when I went to the store to turn in my old phone.

Same thing happened to me. They wanted me send the 7+ back so they can order me a new one. I just decided to go ahead and keep my iPhone 6 instead of doing the trade in. Only have $85 left one my 6 anyway. So I'll just pay that off.

This will be my first iPhone so this experience has really ruined it for me. I went to the store on release day and was the fourth person in line. When the store finally opened they said they only had 3 iPhones, and then they let the 1st person in line buy 2 of those. The other 20 people in line were very upset after that.

You're really better off pre pre ordering your phone from Apple. I am a new T-Mobile customer and I only ordered through T-Mobile to take advantage of the trade in deal with my iPhone 6 Plus. If they did not offer this deal I would just have paid full price for the iPhone 8 next year and ordered through Apple.

Like ray737 already said, you should only order from Apple if you really just want the iPhone. This will be my 4th iPhone pre-order. The first two times I have ordered through Apple because I didn't care about any promotions then.
