yup. cover your ass. Always force the store. My wife had a defective phone once. It was on except wouldn't boot up. between the store and the warehouse the screen got cracked. tried to charge me 400 bucks. i said @$%#@%#@$%#$% that. The store manager looked at it before it shipped. saved me 400 bucks :) made the manager document it on the account before it shipped and had them watch me package it as well. :)
smh... corporate greed at its finest! hopefully they would not give me a hassle once i return the device. so should i also print out the label? and give them a box? or should they already have one available to send off.
 
All those trade in links are confusing. Every time I've jumped my iPhone (don't have JOD) the return package for the trade in device and the return shipping label have always always always been in the new device package along with the new phone & new phone box. You just slip it in the return package stick the label on and leave it in ur mail box. Super easy. Don't forget to add you're existing SIM card to the new device.

Did the same thing when I did an insurance return when I cracked my 6S screen. Had to pay $175 flat for that. Insurance is included when you have Jump. Also you get a free security app premium edition called Lookout. Backs up all your photos as well. Neat.

Jump is way different then JOD. JOD is return in store. Jump is returned by shipping back to the warehouse. Main difference is that the phones are leased to own VS. owning. so it gets confusing. but if you read the documents it clears it up

I honestly don't like handling anything in store. It seems to take those people way longer. And they have to constantly call other reps at corporate, and the computers in stores seem to be so slow. Not to mention they try and up sell you on EVERY ASSSESSORY IN STORE. Plus the girl told me when I tried to return a case she sold me she couldn't find records of me buying it cuz I lost the receipt. Bull. She wanted her commission. I don't trust sales reps. When I went in to order my 6 plus I was in there for almost 2 hours!

Always try to do everything online. Glad I can just ship my trade in and bam. Then credited. Just sucks this launch is fail sauce. The 6s was so smooth for me ordering and receiving.
 
I placed my order for a jet black 128gb 7 plus on 9/12 at 9:48pm est. and signed the agreement. My est is 11/01-11/30.

I called in today to check the status and they now tell me they don't have the order. I can see it online saying that it's still processing.

Who do I contact on twitter to have them look up my order?
 
Guys, if I was charged yesterday, with no tracking as of yet. And my ups choice shows me nothing. What day can I expect the phone, its important because I have to commute from San Francisco to San Jose, I don't want to choose the wrong day to not go back.
 
Off topic but can T-Mobile customers do the Apple IUP at all? I see you can't do it online but can it be done in stores?
 
I have a couple of questions! Do T-Mobile send a box for shipping our iPhone or I just need to print the shipping labels and figure out how to send it back? Also we send back our iPhone 6 after receiving the 7 right? My date is 11/01-11/30 and I don't want to give my current phone now.
I was told we have 14 days from the time of activation of our iPhone 7/7+ to send back our d phone. It'll come with a box and shipping label specifically for it :)

Finally I got charged for my 7 plus JB 128 gb!! I was one of few remaining 9/19/-9/26 shipping windows ppl and I'm glad I'm almost done with waiting game :)

These past few pages have been completely unnecessary and laughably stupid.

I know, I don't give a **** about people crying or arguing I didn't even bother reading 90 percent of it. I've asked a question twice now and it got buried under their stupid posts and no ones helped me out yet. I've been copy pasting:

We are thinking we will get our phones on Monday. I haven't gotten a tracking number either. So at worst case we will get it Tuesday.
