I doubt there are many (if any at all) Apple stores where you can walk in and buy a 7+ Black/Jet Black
My apple store has had Matte Black 7 plus's on and off all week.They have some as we speak too they also have silver ect. Just makes me mad that they stopped the Tmobile financing in the apple store.

You can't go to apple if you want a replacement.. you can try maybe they will help you out but call them up first to save you a trip. you have to go through tmobile online which sucks. Never again will order a phone online.

Hopefully later once this are in stock at local tmobile stores.

Just makes me mad that they stopped the Tmobile financing in the apple store.
This is the precise reason I am leaving T-Mo. They have a crap relationship with Apple. Customers of the other 3 carriers have multiple options and outlets for upgrading their phone... including the Apple Online Store. I'll be moving to AT&T as soon as I receive my iPhone.

Question for anyone who has had issues with replacement or dealt with returns in general:

If you have manufacturing defects issue and if it's within 14 days you have to go through the carrier. But if it's after 14 days you can go to Apple. Since we are dealing with T-Mobile here, we know how competent they can be. Wouldn't it be worth to wait 15 days and then approach Apple directly?

I finally got my tracking number!! Sent from T-Mobile text before ups my choice. It's just the shipping label created should get it early as Monday if not Tuesday.

Phone ordered iphone 7 plus 256gb matte black. On the 9th 5am pacific.

Seriously, those of you in the 9/27 to 10/10 window that have not had their cards charged, either your card was declined or your billing address doesn't match the shipping address. Contact T-Mobile asap

I don't think that's necessarily true. Shipping depends on at least these factors based on people reporting in this thred and the poll - color, configuration, time of order, types of phones in one order and possibly EIP (still a debated topic). I would say, as long as you got a pending charge of $1.00 when you placed the order, that should be good enough to ensure that card details were correct.

Have fun with AT&T. I Left after 10 years and this is my first month with TMO and loving it so far. Much better value for your $ here.

I'm in that window for my 128MB+ and still haven't heard anything. Contacted Execs on Friday night so hopefully I'll hear from them by tomorrow. Kinda disappointed they're not pulling overtime right now though. I work at Apple and they're pushing overtime like crazy.

It's primarily because of their antiquated online infrastructure. John Legere had a mini tweetstorm about a couple of weeks or so ago saying that they are working hard on revamping their backend and systems. I came from AT&T 2 years ago and their infrastracture even 2 years ago was at least 5X better than T-Mobile now.

The only reason I am sticking around despite of all this is because I really think John Legere has done a great job of turning around T-Mobile and quite frankly the entire industry. The wireless carrier competition in our country was pathetic at best before John went crazy since he took over T-Mobile.
 
I'm late to the game. I just preordered the 7 plus 256gb matte black. Ship between 10-18 - 11-1. I have the 7 now and it's too small

Also if you wait to go through Apple, you'd be getting a replacement, you're not returning the phone for another one. Just to clarify. Personally I'd go through T-Mobile for that one. Or wait for a few more weeks and see if Apple comes out with a device replacement program for hissgate. If that's what you're referring to I mean

Nothing here yet. Still waiting!! I am pretty sure something will happen soon.
 
This is what my UPS says. I hope I get it delivered tomorrow. I have it set to pick up at the customer center. I've had information unavailable for my delivery date since Friday night when I got the tracking number. I was charged Friday evening.

You can go to Apple whenever you want. It's a one year warranty. You can go to them the day after you get your phone. I'd never go to T-Mobile unless I was making a return. Always go to Apple. Don't wait.

Not true. Just was at an Apple Store a few days ago and they had black iPhone 7+'s. The store said they get shipments every day. I ordered a black and no dice yet.
 
Great...No estimated delivery date on label created at 5 am on 9/23 saying "in transit to UPS" per ups my choice and my tmo acct shows "being processed".
