Rep told me the exact same thing this morning but when I checked ups mychoice I had a label. Was charged Friday at 4:20ish CST!! The reps are clueless, like robots just quoting the obvious.

Around 5pm east. Friday. You still haven't charged? This T-Mobile preorder program is a fiasco. There's no pattern in how they charge customers. It's just random. Like playing the lottery.

So, question. With the trade in promo. When I ship my old phone back, what do I need to ship it with? The original apple box? Wall charger or cables? Or just the phone?

Also, we have 30 days to ship it back, should I hold off for a bit To make sure the new phone is okay with no issues?

Yes, don't hurry about shipping. It's always 30 days AFTER you receive your new phone and it doesn't have to reach the destination, just postmarked within 30 days. Also, yes, it's just the phone and you don't need original box or accessories. When I did mine last time in store, they didn't care for anything else.

I'm right there with you. left ATT. was with them since 2007. Bill prices was WAY too high. tmobile definitely has better $ options and more for the customer. The only difference I see is that att had better coverage but it isn't that big of a deal for me since I get great tmobile coverage in chicago.

Same here. As far as I can say, AT&T has faster speed anywhere in Chicago, but that's about it.

Just checked and I was charged today for a MB 128 gb 7 ordered 9/21.

So I was worried it is already 7 PM and I haven't seen anything change in my tracking but maybe thats because I chose to pick it up at UPS Customer Center. So I went into My Choice to confirm I have it at the right place and this is what it said.

By the looks of it, it should be there in the morning. We'll see!

When did you select the will call option? And after you selected it did your tracking say info unavailable under scheduled delivery? What did you click to see that screen you have up on this post?

Me I got charged Friday- ordered 9/11 around 8/15 CST estimated 11/01-11/30 ship estimates. Charged Friday 9/23- received shipping label at 5:15 this morning with "processed, ready for ups"!
