Me I got charged Friday- ordered 9/11 around 8/15 CST estimated 11/01-11/30 ship estimates. Charged Friday 9/23- received shipping label at 5:15 this morning with "processed, ready for ups"!
I'm rooting for you it should go out tonight. Hey you had the Note 7 too right. Your pic looks familiar for some reason. Lol.

Still furious about how Apple handled this launch, disappointed in their communication with the carriers about delays and launch details, and ultimately disappointed in T-Mobile and their communication with customers.

No note 7 I was here this time last year for iPhone 6s Plus Preorder! Im hoping it actually delivers tomorrow. Thank you!
 
Help!! My charge was pending on Friday for my MB 128 7+, I got a UPS tracking number from UPS my choice that shows a delivery date of tomorrow. My delivery window is 9/27 - 10/10, I just checked my bank account and the funds are back in my account and there is no pending charge anymore. On UPS it just shows ready for UPS. Does this mean I won't get my phone tomorrow???

Contact tmobile and if they cannot help you call your bank when they open

Call T-mobile.. sounds like they were a phone short...
 
I talked to T-Mobile and they said my charge went through and they already have the funds. They are stating that if I have a tracking number from UPS it will be delivered as per what UPS says. They are no help. They can't tell if my phone shipped or anything on their system. I don't know what to do. T-Mobile has been horrible during this whole preorder. I am really hoping my phone gets here tomorrow.

See if the phone will move overnight. I think it will.

Usually the charge goes back to your bank and if you have a a tracking number you're good ;)
 
So guys I just received my iPhone 7 Plus and I was about to put a screen protector but noticed there were about 5 hairline scratches that you can see at certain angles and lightening :/ Am I wrong to ask for an exchange?? T-Mobile Rep said I still have the buyers remorse so I can ship it and be without a phone until December or try a local T-Mobile store but last time I called was on 9/16 they had none :/ Don't know what to do... Any help Please??

You'd have to order it all over again. I'd do it if I were you but I'd tire out the remorse period first so you're not without a phone/you have a better idea on when the damn thing will come again.
 
I've been away the last 2 days, any news on JB 128+? I have a 10/25-11/11 info but has any of my peeps in the 9/27-10/24 window gotten charged yet? And is everyone in the 9/19-9/27 window good? Just wanna know how much longer I gotta wait. If people in the second window are getting charged, there's a good chance those of us in the late October dates will get it early October.
im in the 9/27-10/25 window and havent gotten charged yet. 7+ 128GB JB

I'm still not exactly sure what all is the buyers remorse and what do you mean by tire out? How would I order it again if I used Jump but without a trade in? Sorry thanks for your help!
