There are more than 4.. there is currently 7 (one is literally about to land) so I imagine the charges will be coming soon.
I am definitely not worried once UPS picks up my phone. The 1:00AM origin scan time is expected actually because it's overnight. But one interesting data in your screenshot is that your order was ready for processing on 20th but got picked up by UPS in 22nd. So it was not a weekend and yet it took 2 days for handover. Seems like T-Mobile needs 2 full business days. That would explain why mine and everyone else's who were charged last Friday, isn't picked up UPS yet.
Cases, screen protectors, skins... no phone.
Attempted to order 2 128 JB+'s at 3am est. Was told, for whatever reason, that I was not eligible. I knew this rep was wrong so I called back a few minutes later. Got through at 340 am est. Was told system was down and that they'd have to call me back around noon. Rep called back and completed the order. Got my EIP emails about an hour later, signed, and returned. Estimated ship dates of 11/1-11/30. Order #'s S017454XXX and S017455XXX if that helps anyone.
9/27 to 10/10 here. No charge no updates. 7+ 128GB Matte Black.

Near where you live, could be about 40 minutes away or so, there is usually a UPS customer center and the facility nearby is where they sort all the items and put it on all the trucks for the day. That customer center is where your phone would be in the morning
If you pick it up from a centra deist rightism Hub, it shouldn't add a day. If you pick it up from a local regular ups store, it might add a day
Stayed home today. iPhone 7+ JB is on one of those UPS delivery trucks today. I don't know if I should be excited that my iPhone is finally coming or just depressed that my other half is not home with me.

At this point in time, I highly doubt they have a bunch of refurbished units sitting there waiting to be replacements for defective iPhones. They don't even have enough NEW iPhones for God's sake, let alone refurbished ones.
