You guys are the only reason I'm keeping myself sane. I'm awaiting shipment of the iPhone 7+ 128GB and with a ship date range of 11/15/16 - 12/12/16. I'm well aware that I need to wait, but I'm curious as to where you were given your tracking numbers. Thanks.

Same phone with the same shipping dates. Hoping for mid October delivery. Maybe too optimistic?
 
i am in the same situation, It had me thinking that that was the actual phones I ordered. boy was I wrong. what ever though are (boxes or bags for the trade in) they were supposed to be delivered by today but there's been no movement with anything.

I reached out to T-Force on twitter and asked for an update on my order (the supposed empty box). He said he showed a 9/21-9/26 shipping time frame and it should be shipped this week. I said then the shipping dates must have changed. He said it was. He saw the original 9/16-9/21 shipping dates..but because it was BACKORDERED the shipping dates changed.

So basically, T-Mobile even has backorder issues with empty boxes... o_O
 
For all of us who are charged Friday, I didn't receive a text from T-Mobile or an update on my T-Mobile until Sunday night. Now my T-Mobile finally has shipped as the status. I think when you're my T-Mobile says shipped, rather than being processed, then you can expect it to ship that day or the day after. I'm expecting mine to go out today and to arrive tomorrow. But we all know what our expectations have amounted to lol
I got charged but no update anywhere. Just a label on ups mychoice saying in transit to UPS simce 9/23 5:03am
 
Still wondering why my UPS order status is still stuck on "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" ever since Friday afternoon. I got charged, but I guess the charge is still pending... Estimated delivery is today, but that's nearly impossible.

Where'd you get that full leather case? And how does it compare to the apple leather?

https://www.mujjo.com I can't compare as I never had a leather apple case. It feels like quality craftsmanship. The inside of the case, however, has hard plastic along the edges and I can't help but think it'll cause some scratching to the jet-black finish.

I've been watching this thread for a while now and thought I'd share my experience. Ordered 3 iPhone 7+ (2 32Gb+ MB and 1 128GB MB). Ordered at 12:01AM preorder time. Got 2 of my orders thru but somehow, they dropped the ball on the 3rd. My 128GB Had a ship date of 9/19-9/26 and 2nd order had a ship date of 9/27-10/10. I received both those phones last Thursday and Friday Respectively. 3rd Phone I ordered on 9/16 with a ship date of 11/1-11/30. I did however email the president off and explain to them the troubles I had with my 3rd order. I received a call from a Senior Executive who followed up with me about said troubles. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me that my 3rd order would be moved to the front of the line and shipped out as soon as the next shipment of MB 32GB 7+ arrived at their warehouse and would call me to follow up as soon as it was sent. He emailed me as well with his info to contact him should I need to. So I expect my last iPhone to be here in the next few days.
 
So, I pre-ordered on the 9th and the order was completed at 3:45AM. I got the tracking # from UPS on 9/20/16 and today I called for the status of my package. Well guess what? After it was scanned in at their warehouse in the Bronx the package became "lost". Im so F*cking pissed... livid. I emailed the executive team and John but I highly doubt they'll be able to get a new 7+ 128GB in Matte black before December.

I was so happy :( Just thought I'd share

Wait, I thought people weren't getting charged until the T-Mobile center in Louisville got them. Is that not the case?

Going by the activity over the last week or so, the orders are charged as they are scanned in in Anchorage. It was a few hours after they arrived in Alaska that I received my charge

I'm absolutely confused with what's going on with my phone . I had an estimated shipping of 9/27-10/10 . I got a pending charge Friday . Yesterday I got a shipping notification from ups that my phone is on the way . UPS originally said estimated date was today . I asked them to leave it at UPS for pickup and now it just says unavailable info. There's no origin scan or anything . Then later today I got a text saying the shipping for my phone has been pushed back to 10/25. I hope that's not pertaining to me because I don't see how it can get pushed back if it's already shipped . I've spoken with UPS and T Mobile. UPS asked if I was sure t Mobile gave it to UPS yet and t Mobile said it's waiting for UPS to pick it up. I'm so confused right now
 
QUICK UPDATE: I just received an email saying that I have an updated return date for my current iPhone since I'm doing the trade-in program. Then I assumed that my phone is shipping soon(today, maybe right now), and I checked mytmobile order status and it now has changed from "Being Processed" to "Shipped". No update on UPS though. It will probably arrive tomorrow.
