How long am I going to be stuck at "Order Processed: In Transit to UPS" arghh
Yes, I was charged on Friday around 2:30pm PST, but at this very moment, the charge is still "pending"
yeah your not allowed to tell people to google something its against the forum rules. I actually find T-Mobile on Twitter to be helpful.
I have same exact thing but says in transit to UPS vs ready for UPS. Same exact thing. 5:03am etc
So, I pre-ordered on the 9th and the order was completed at 3:45AM. I got the tracking # from UPS on 9/20/16 and today I called for the status of my package. Well guess what? After it was scanned in at their warehouse in the Bronx the package became "lost". Im so F*cking pissed... livid. I emailed the executive team and John but I highly doubt they'll be able to get a new 7+ 128GB in Matte black before December.

Why are you livid? You've never made a mistake in your life? I understand you are dying to get your phone, but really if that's your biggest problem in life you're pretty fortunate. Stuff happens, mistakes get made. We are all only human.
Why the hell not? Their twitter is half-helpful whenever I contact them. My phone is supposed to ship today and it's approaching 5pm EST which is casting doubt into that...
Just stop. Plenty of phones are shipping earlier than quoted. There are plenty of legitimate reasons to be irritated with TMO in this situation and emailing JL is a perfectly acceptable way to express those irritations.
Same here. This is BS. I have no ETA for delivery either. At least u have tomorrow ETASame

My estimated ship dates have always been 11/1-11/30.
Plus on my order online, it has showed "We are only able to show one item of your order right now." It only shows the MB.
Should I be concerned that something might be wrong?

Ok thanks ill find it..becuz my order is in the wrong name i wont be able to pick up at ups..in my area ups delivers after 5pm nd ill be at work
I reached out to T-Force on twitter and asked for an update on my order (the supposed empty box). He said he showed a 9/21-9/26 shipping time frame and it should be shipped this week. I said then the shipping dates must have changed. He said it was. He saw the original 9/16-9/21 shipping dates..but because it was BACKORDERED the shipping dates changed.
So basically, T-Mobile even has backorder issues with empty boxes...

Really? Come on. No, there hasn't been one acceptable reason to want to reach out to the president. Do you people actually pay attention to what you write? It's crazy. Seriously, it's a phone. Just a phone. Your life is not going to end because you have to wait longer than you wanted for a phone. T-Mobile has handled this preorder to the best of their ability, as has Apple.
The last thing I want to to come home to find out that what I thought was my new shinny iPhone is actually just an empty box. Thats just cruel.

So this is where I am at currently but when I called ups to track it down they said it is out for delivery and should be at my door between 3 and 7pm
Im not worried bout when i get my phone..i need the name changed on my phone becuz i wont be able to pick it up from usps..in my area ups delivers after 5pm nd nobody is home at that time
