I also have no movement. Still says "being processed". As a company not only did they under promise with the preorder shipping ranges, they are under delivering as well. 7 min left and I have yet to receive a message from tmobile regarding the order since purchase

Oh okay, well that's a start. I have yet to confirm mine exists lol from what I've been told all orders should be overnights so there's a good chance you may indeed get it :)
 
So I just called UPS gave them my tracking number and I had an expected delivery of Tuesday, they said they have had no scans of my iPhone and I should call tmobile to see if they gave it to them? Did anyone else who got their phone already not have any updates or anything like this?

I ordered on 9/9 at 3AM so I don't think I'd get anything until next week, after all the earlier batches are taken care of.
 
Called in to T-Mobile just now.

The lady that answered told me that even though I signed the EIP two days later, I would still retain my current spot.

This is good to know, but no new info other than that. Still staying strong on this lengthy wait time.

Hmm that's strange. I ordered minutes after the preorder opened as well. Assuming that everyone had issues with the website, I thought we would atleast be in the first batch.

That wasn't the case for a lot of people. T-Mobile systems is just an utter mess and I don't think anybody knows anything.

I called in at 12:15 but the systems were down for almost 3 hours. Finally got a call bak at 3AM and completed the order with EIP signed a minute after. They originally gave me a shipping date of 9/16 but was pushed back 30 minutes later to 10/25. T-Mobile is just a mess. I'll just wait instead of having to deal with their pretty unreliable information.

Yeah, honestly this whole process has been an utter nightmare. Considering the fact that so many people are receiving their shipments a lot sooner with carriers like Verizon and Sprint.

Feel like we got the short end of the stick..

That happened to my wife's iPhone 7, didn't get any updates on ups.com, arrived the next day.

My Rose gold 32 gb 7 has shipped out today with a delivery of Wednesday. I was charged yesterday for the other phone on my order which is a 128 gb 7 but I have yet to have received a label for that one.

Like the other guy said. You may get an origin scan in the middle of the night and have it arrive by morning. Overnight is that quick so we won't see movement until after we go robbed most likely.

Yes, I received all tracking information from T-Mobile this afternoon.

But one interesting data in your screenshot is that your order was ready for processing on 20th but got picked up by UPS in 22nd. So it was not a weekend and yet it took 2 days for handover. Seems like T-Mobile needs 2 full business days. That would explain why mine and everyone else's who were charged last Friday, isn't picked up UPS yet.

I have no movement. So what I'm thinking is that our phones are on those planes flying and will be shipped once it lands at L'ville. i think T-Mobile is doing something odd here.
