I have no movement. So what I'm thinking is that our phones are on those planes flying and will be shipped once it lands at L'ville. i think T-Mobile is doing something odd here.

sucks, still no charge for me, even when they charged my friday but was declined. was hoping today they would ship out.

how soon after you were charged and declined did you get a text from tmobile about it? and why are they taking long to try charging you again?

They can't do anything for you because the package isn't addressed to you. Imagine going to UPS and being able to pick anyone else's package. Just have the person whose name is on the order, pick up at UPS.
 
Yes, but she called me sweetheart. And I'm just angry because I have a ship date of November and nobody has given me any info as to where my phone is

your phone is in the production line being built by apple sometime next week. you won't get any info until you get charged on your credit/debit card. And then you won't get any information 2-3 days after that. so relax. your time will come.

i never got a text from tmobile. i got an email notification that tmobile had charged my credit card for 454.40. (two iphones). than a minute later the charge got declined by my bank. i fixed that, but the charge was still declined. i spoke to a tmobile rep and they said i'm still good to get the phone, my place hasn't been lost, but that tmobile will ship when they charge the card, which they did but was declined, so i guess since they havent charged the card again its cuz it was just a temp charge and would of lifted by the end of the weekend. so i was hoping that tonight it would charge but it didnt. so i'm guessing tomorrow night it will charge, in theory.

ohhh okay cool I appreciate the response. Tmobile made a bad error and took down my card number incorrectly, they said it will have to decline first in order for me to update them with the correct card number so I was just wondering.

So, I pre-ordered on the 9th and the order was completed at 3:45AM. I got the tracking # from UPS on 9/20/16 and today I called for the status of my package. Well guess what? After it was scanned in at their warehouse in the Bronx the package became "lost". Im so F*cking pissed... livid. I emailed the executive team and John but I highly doubt they'll be able to get a new 7+ 128GB in Matte black before December.

I was so happy :( Just thought I'd share

Only the shipper can file a claim.

Shippers are encouraged to report the lost package because notification letters are not sent to receivers. Shippers and receivers can report a lost package on ups.com.

I was charged on Friday at 3:04 p.m. MST. I got an email from T-Mobile at 4:02 p.m. I got a text from AMEX at 3:04 (time of charge) saying the charge had been flagged for fraud (mercy). I quickly called back and they said the charge had already been declined so T-Mobile would have to bill again. I called T-Mobile and they tried to send the billing through but their systems were "locked out." The rep said he would call me first thing Saturday morning (7:00 a.m.) and sure enough he did. I made him run the charge while I was on the phone to verify it would go through. I just received shipping info today, delivery for tomorrow.

Called in to T-Mobile just now.

The lady that answered told me that even though I signed the EIP two days later, I would still retain my current spot.

This is good to know, but no new info other than that. Still staying strong on this lengthy wait time.

Yup. Next day air is basically useless when they hang onto the phone for days. lol. Mine has had a label created since Saturday. Not one update yet.
