How is it wrong? You've given no background information on your order as to what is wrong, therefor you come off as an entitled Betch who thinks she deserves her phone right here and now. Poor Kaylee has been here for over 600 pages and ordered on the 9th and still doesn't have her phone.

I'd like to see how it looks on the phone too, if I had it (the phone). I don't think it will fit on my 6S+ but I'm going to try. BTW the case is at home and I'm still at work.

I just cancelled my pre-order and picked one up in the Apple Store next week. I dumped JUMP and am now on Apple's upgrade program. From now on, I'll preorder from Apple or pick one up in the store. TMO has no control over how many units Apple sends them.

A little word of advice about finding your package after it has been sitting in the "ready for UPS" position all weekend. CALL UPS! They can give you a better updated window of delivery.

Do not rely on the updates the app or the website gives unless it says "delivered".

If you sign up with UPS MyChoice they let you modify the delivery so you can give them permission to just drop it off on your porch or to pick it up at a UPS store, you can also try calling them directly (if you have your tracking number) they might be able to figure something out for you. good luck!.

This is what I'm doing next year. My 9/9 pre-order is finally waiting for UPS pickup, so I'm not canceling now, but next year I'm steering clear of Jump entirely.

I'll do iUP with Apple and Scottrade insurance.

seriously. though I'm pretty sure we'll have the hissing defect, since we're essentially buying the first iterations of the initial batch of manufactured iPhone 7 Pluses

Yes thats the only reason y i wanted it...my 6s plus works fine..so idc when i get my phone..that doesn't give anybody in this group a right to call me out my name
 
I just got the email and text message from T-Mobile that my order has shipped! MB 128 7+! Preordered on 9/9 at about 3 AM, after many many issues with canceled orders I finally got charged on Friday and a tracking label made. It just sat in limbo and just now I got the email and text that it has finally shipped. I was backordered twice so my new delivery window was 9/27 - 10/10. Hopefully tomorrow...
 
One thing Interesting I noticed today is if you get the 32gig Iphone 7 plus now it has a $20 down payment. Also doesn't look like t-mobile is doing the free upgrades for people with the iphone 6 anymore.

Really? I called UPS as well but they told me that the shipper has not sent the package to UPS yet. I'm happy for you though. Congrats!

So ur ups mychoice says in transit and when you call UPS it says out for delivery. Hope this happens to me.

Attempted to order 2 128 JB+'s at 3am est. Was told, for whatever reason, that I was not eligible. I knew this rep was wrong so I called back a few minutes later. Got through at 340 am est. Was told system was down and that they'd have to call me back around noon. Rep called back and completed the order. Got my EIP emails about an hour later, signed, and returned. Estimated ship dates of 11/1-11/30. Order #'s S017454XXX and S017455XXX if that helps anyone.


Sounds familiar. On a family plan, we tried two upgrades at 2AM Central. At first one of them seemed to go through to checkout, signing EIP and inputting payment, then the site hung up and eventually it errorred out. The second one then had the Jump option disappear so I couldn't even try, so we called and sat on hold forever, got a rep who was having system problems...call dropped while waiting and we gave up and went to sleep.

Finally ordered my 7+ JB 128 around 8:45AM Central, and got the November 1-30 estimate. Other one was ordered about a half hour later, 7+ matte black 128...and he actually received his phone on 9/22. I even called them on the 9th to try and cancel my JB and switch to another color, but since I had already signed the EIP online, they wouldn't let me! So here I sit, impatiently waiting and wishing I had ordered matte black.

NOPE.

Charges do not happen when planes land in Alaska. They happen in Louisville. Alaska is just a transit stop for UPS. It's not a processing stop for T-Mobile. While charges may or may not happen this afternoon, it has nothing to do with Alaska. And you said you were on this thread since day 1 ;)

I have a tracking number but status is "ready for ups". Been like that all day. Estimated shipping date is tomorrow though. Seems pretty unlikely though.
