UPS lost my package. 7+, JB, 256GB.
I'm pissed. And they had the nerve to tell me that it was still being delivered at 9PM and the driver was running late.

this right here is the worst! this happened to me once before. how does that even happen?! what is UPS going to do about it? i hope not contact tmobile and have them reship another out to you. smh
 
Right here with you. Ordered 9/9 at 3am, rep didn't process my order correctly. Woke up the next morning to no order. Ran to the store to order after class. Got JB7+ 11/1-11/30. I hate T-Mobile reps.

they screwed up my order too, in a bunch of different ways. one being that I called right at preorder start on phone for 2 hours and was unable to place my order, said they would call me back.. STILL...

So you canceled? Or just credit refund?

Same thing happen to me but it was just the hold they put to verify the funds. I was told that a new charge will be processed before day ends.

After the hold fell off, the funds showed up in my account- but I was also sent an updated status email, text with tracking information as well as on mytmobile. Latest update is out for delivery. This is just T-Mobile doing things the #uncarrier way (more like unprofessional way) I'm sure T0mmy will have his device in hand before the week ends.
 
Sent mine back to tmobile and just got a refund.. I'll wait later once they are in stock at local store or get a note 7 later..

A safe move for sure. Was contemplating that also and may yet take that route. Supposed to be calling Apple Store back today to check on possible replacement. I could probably live with it since it's only a playback issue with video. I don't hear it listening to podcasts or speaking on the phone for instance, and I rarely watch movies on it. I'm still hopeful it might be something fixed in software/firmware. Tmobile agreed though, that for the price, that shouldn't happen at all. The only reason they aren't replacing it at the moment is availability of stock. I understand that. Apple is having the same issue.

Don't know about Samsung phones as a fallback. The Note fires recently don't inspire much confidence. To make matters worse, a plane on it's way from Detroit to Amsterdam had to be diverted to Manchester, England after a Samsung tablet caught fire on the plane. Happened yesterday or day before I think.
 
Got updated last night at 12:38am! (must be when my phone arrived from China! lol) As of 6am this morning it's on the truck and out for delivery here in Philly!

Now the big question, how long will I be able to hold out and stay in work? lol

So here is my recap:

Ordered a IP7+ 256GB MB on 9/9 at 8am PST. Signed EIP at 832am PST. Original ship date was 9/15-9/16. on 9/14 ship date was moved to 9/19-9/26. On 9/23 at 2:40pm PST my credit card was charged for T-Mobile. Obtained UPS tracking for my IP7 on 9/25 sometime in the morning. "ready for UPS" on 9/26 around 6:30pm wife informs me T-Mobile refunded me my money. Tuesday morning 3:34am PST received email and text messages stating my order has shipped. From 9/25-9/27 waiting with "ready for UPS" No origin scan... Just waiting.

I started out the same way now it says out for delivery. This yeah has been by far the worst preorder I've seen... I'm sure you will have it before the week is over.
 
As soon as I saw the origin scan I updated the delivery and just picked it up ...

How long does it take from when you set to pick it up option to actually getting a message that its ready for pick up?
 
same here...looks like it will be tomorrow. Did you get charged on Saturday?
Yea. Charged around 9am. Looking at my account the charge still shows pending tho. Hmm.. I was hopping once it charged things would go smoother with the delivery. My fault for having unrealistic expectations
