So here is my recap:

Ordered a IP7+ 256GB MB on 9/9 at 8am PST. Signed EIP at 832am PST. Original ship date was 9/15-9/16. on 9/14 ship date was moved to 9/19-9/26. On 9/23 at 2:40pm PST my credit card was charged for T-Mobile. Obtained UPS tracking for my IP7 on 9/25 sometime in the morning. "ready for UPS" on 9/26 around 6:30pm wife informs me T-Mobile refunded me my money. Tuesday morning 3:34am PST received email and text messages stating my order has shipped. From 9/25-9/27 waiting with "ready for UPS" No origin scan... Just waiting.

Update: Just received an updated agreement with the IMEI number. So at this point I don't care what T-Mobile is doing.

I think you are not getting ur phone, that model is so basic and i think every store has it now, i think they screwed up your order, what was your delivery date? lol

I'm also waiting, so are a bunch of people here on the forum. It's high demand, dunno why you are saying it's available in stores; its not available anywhere near me, Apple or carrier.

I did think of the possibility my order had been messed up (first order did get botched) but I was reassured by different agents and an executive team member that my order is fine and its just a matter of waiting >.<

Been following this thread for a few days with nothing to contribute because I hadn't ordered my phone yet. So happy for the people that got theirs or are getting them today! Ordered my 128GB silver 7+ yesterday afternoon. I have the ship dates of 10/25-11-11. The wait begins...

Let me also say that I'm switching back to iPhone after a few years of Android. I've never had so many problems with phones before. My Galaxy Note 5 is the worst phone I've ever used. Can't wait to be able to use my phone on LTE instead of on WiFi.

I started out the same way now it says out for delivery. This yeah has been by far the worst preorder I've seen... I'm sure you will have it before the week is over.

T-Mobile screwed up hard core this time. I put a hold on my bank for T-Mobile. Also emailed the executive rep. They aren't getting there money back. They can eat that charge. They charged me then refunded it back. So they can suck it.

THIS is why I am pissed off at T-Mobile. My phone is coming today in a few hours. I ordered the exact same phone, AFTER you. You don't have timezone but it doesn't matter because I ordered at 7:00AM PDT. Whichever timezone you are in, you should still get your order before me (I had same shipping dates). The fact that you don't even have your order shipped and I have mine coming in a few hours is basically how T-Mobile handled this entire launch - logic need not apply.

EDIT: I think I know why our orders are taking so long - http://i.giphy.com/l2JI9JdUDjxVbd20g.gif

this launch has turned me into a TROLL. they should have just launched the iPhone in October so they could meet demand
So... because some people have shipping dates in October, we should all have to wait till October? If anything, that would be worse because it would be closer to Christmas making demand even higher!

Do I need to put old SIM card in iPhone 7?
I would. Save the new pre-installed sim for another time you might need a new SIM. T-Mobile charges $20 a pop for SIM cards in store.

tmobile says my device shipped out yesterday....UPS says Order Processed: In Transit to UPS......

T-Mobile usually pre-installs a new SIM into the new phone already, so no need to put your old one in there. You can check if there's already a new SIM once you get your phone by either popping the tray open OR going to Settings > General > About and scroll down to ICCID. If the first 4 numbers of that sequence begins with 8901, it means there IS a SIM card already in the phone.
