They start arriving late afternoon today, eastern time.

Perhaps you weren't there when we initially started discussing these things. Charges don't happen when planes land in Alaska. They happen in Louisville. So he is correct that those planes don't arrive until after midnight. Having said that, this does not mean charges will not happen in the afternoon today but the frequency of those will be very limited similar to yesterday.

It comes with one in. If you are replacing a T-mobile iPhone, just swap them out.

It is much easier to swap them out. I didn't for my wife's 7 and had to call to get the new one activated. An unnecessary hassle. If it could be activated online, it would be a lot easier to use the new one.

You're still waiting for your MB 7+? Dang, I don't feel so bad now. Wait, of course I feel bad. This wait is ridiculous. If Jony Ive would stop creating weird manufacturing techniques that make it near impossible to meet the demand. Damn you Jony!
LOL!

I thought you could do it online? Maybe I will go look not that it matters.

THIS is why I am pissed off at T-Mobile. My phone is coming today in a few hours. I ordered the exact same phone, AFTER you. You don't have timezone but it doesn't matter because I ordered at 7:00AM PDT. Whichever timezone you are in, you should still get your order before me (I had same shipping dates). The fact that you don't even have your order shipped and I have mine coming in a few hours is basically how T-Mobile handled this entire launch - logic need not apply.

EDIT: I think I know why our orders are taking so long - http://i.giphy.com/l2JI9JdUDjxVbd20g.gif

Yeah :( they kinda botched everything. I don't mind waiting but I do dislike disorganization like this. What's the point of staying up all night and part of the morning if you won't secure your place in "line"? (i placed my order over the phone at 3:44AM ET) but anyways...I'd be even more patient if my current phone was working properly, its a Galaxy S4 and I swear it will pull a Note 7 any day now and burst into flames @_@

I'm happy for the people that are getting their phones, at least we know the phones exists out there :p pls let us know how you like it!

Considering her time of pre-order, I really hope my charge comes today. This is severely unfair to existing customers.

You ordered a jb 7+ with a November ship date and you've been charged? You sure?

Yes, Ive been checking consistently. My cc is crap though, don't see the pending charges only see the avail. credit deduct first until the charge goes through. The charge is exactly for $252 which is what tmobile was to charge.

Note: I did place my original order at time when preorders started but for some reason it didn't go through. I ended up placing my order in store at 9 am again. tmobile rep said i won't lose my place in line even though it said nov delivery.

Most casual devastating news ever lol
Im really devastated! I had my hopes up because they had told me that it was preparing for shipment, but I guess they were looking at another phone my sister bought through our account.

:)
