What do I do if I want to pick up my phone instead of being delivered to my address?

Sign up for my UPS and then when you get your tracking number, you can select a delivery change. Make sure you don't do it to a UPS store, you want to do it to the nearest customer center that does the sorting of the items before they get put on trucks.

Does anyone have some information on the Iphone 7 Plus Jet Black 128GB with an expected delivery date of 10/25/2016 - 11/11/2016?

I'm in that boat. Same exact phone, same exact delivery date. I ordered (JUMP) online around 4:30am Central time on 9/9. EIP was signed and got the email confirmation around 5am Central time.

No movement at all. I don't really expect it, but after seeing a few other people with 128gb Jet Black Pluses move, I've been getting hopeful....

Hey guys, I've been following the forum since the beginning. I have the typical story on here. Ordered at 3 am 9/9, order never went through cause of the stupid t-mobile system. Then was told by a T-mobile rep that she would call me back as soon as the order went through and that I wouldn't lose my "place in line" (whatever that means). NEVER got a call back, never got my order through. Had to order in store and received November ship dates for iP7+ JB 128. Then I called a few days ago and was told my order was still in backorder (obviously) then I called two days ago and was told my shipping dates had change to OCT 1-10 Estimated delivery (YAY), then I called yesterday and was told that information was incorrect and that it was still NOV 1-30. So what do I do? I am being told lie after lie, like many of you, and its just not right. My family and I have had T-mobile for 11 years, even when their service was very subpar, and I would expect to be helped and treated like so. Need some advice!

Woke up this morning looked at my iPhone and saw something from Discover got excited for a second then when my eyes focused it said "your payment has posted". :(

i dont believe the reps are lying, i just dont think most know what to do to properly get the information on someones order.

Well, one down - two to go. The MB 7 32GB is out for delivery. But the two JB 7+ 256GB phones still sit in quiet limbo with a 11/1 - 11/30 delivery date. All the cases and screen protectors have arrived. At least I have one new toy to play with. Everyone should just hang in there.

But again I will say that I will never stay up again on pre-order day. I will sleep until decent customer representatives come online and can place orders correctly. I have tried to read almost all of these 720 pages, and I keep seeing that people ordered at midnight PST, the order was botched, and a reorder was needed. It seems that people who ordered after 7 AM EST are getting their devices first. I still like T-Mobile, but the pre-order experience at the opening bell is just plain crappy. Invest in better back end processors.

Thank you!

when did you order?

9/9. I called in a little after midnight central time but T-Mobile's computers were screwed so the order didn't get placed until later on that morning. Contacted executive support last week and they moved me up to where I should've been if their computers were working. DM Art Lucero if you have a similar issue.

Ordered a MB 128 gb 9/9, charged on saturday and getting the phone today. Original estimated ship of 9/27 to 10/10 so for everybody still waiting I'd hold hope that it gets to you sooner than later.

I had the exact same scenario. Maybe thats why we were both charged.

It is much easier to swap them out. I didn't for my wife's 7 and had to call to get the new one activated. An unnecessary hassle. If it could be activated online, it would be a lot easier to use the new one.
I always update the sim on the internet you don't have to call ;)

I have an iPhone 5s, should I switch the SIM or stay with the new one?
I always use the new one, if you go to your account you can easily activate your new SIM card ;)
