i still have not been charged since my bank declined the original charge last friday. i'm beginning to get annoyed.

I'm in the same boat. Chase declined my purchase as fraud and I immediately called T-Mobile and asked them to reprocess after telling Chase it wasn't fraud. Haven't heard anything back.

Rep claimed that I would be set back in line. Other people have told me the rep was wrong.

Yet people who were charged on Friday are now getting their phones.

I meant the actual launch (9/16), not the preorder launch. 7+ 128 MB, 10/10-19/24.

Ah yes, I read that wrong. Good luck. I ordered my pluses (32 MB & 128 JB) 8am PST on preorder day and my ship dates are in November. Looks like 32 7+ MB will take longer than 128.

Those of you waiting for a MB 128 + are one closer. One showed up at a local Apple store so I ran down and got on the IUP and cancelled my order at TMO. Next year Ill get all of my phones off of Jump on Demand. What a joke. I did have to get a 256 model as thats what showed up, but no worries. Sold my 6s + to payoff the remaining lease and buy out. I hope they get this figured out so you all get it sooner, but watch iStockNow Live iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Stock Map and pick one up sooner like I did and let TMO know so they fix this for others.
Original pre order was on the 11th and shipping date was 11/1-11/15 FYI

Sign up for my UPS and then when you get your tracking number, you can select a delivery change. Make sure you don't do it to a UPS store, you want to do it to the nearest customer center that does the sorting of the items before they get put on trucks.
I understand with the customer center you can pick it up anytime you want but what's wrong with the UPS store? I called mine and they said The UPS truck comes between 11 to 1. I rather have a delivery at the UPS store then to my house because They take forever to bring my stuff here lol.

They changed it now. You can no longer do it online.

They did that on purpose. They want to focus on customer service by inconveniencing everyone on their service. We now have to call and wait on hold to speak to someone that is overly cheerful and laughing at what everyone around them is saying. I have had the worst luck when it comes to T-Mobile reps. I know a bubbly personality makes for better customer service, but I hate talking on the phone to people I don't know about things that should be a lot easier to accomplish.

Chase didn't text you immediately about it? A couple years ago this happened to me, but since then Chase has improved their system. Mine got blocked and I immediately got a text asking me to respond with a "y" if I initiated the transaction. I did so and mine went through without any issues. Make sure Chase has your phone number.

How did you cancel your JOD order? I was told by both the store and phone reps that they could not be changed or cancelled (wanted to switch from a JB to a Matte)

I just called 611 and told them to cancel it. I know they can't be changed but you can cancel and reorder you just get moved to the bottom of the list.

yea it seems the reps dont know what to do. if tmobile charged the card, that means they were getting it ready to send out the phones. but the reps dont know what they're doing half the time.

I did get the text, and I did respond immediately. However they declined the charge, they didn't just hold it, from what I gather. I had to call T-Mobile (immediately) because they texted me that it failed as well.

Weird to say this but I am almost going to miss the anticipation of getting the phone! We have been anticipating for so long! haha. It was kind of thrilling hahahaha

That's my fear. Hope I get the new stupid phone before the S4 gives up (overheating is a real concern for Samsung, all their phones, at least the ones I've had, suffer from overheating, it was a matter of time before one of their models overheated so much it actually gets on fire). Good luck! hope yours lasts till you get the iphone!

That's not a fair generalization. I've had 4 Galaxy/notes and none overheated. In fact my current 6 plus is the hottest running phone I've had. Doesn't mean it will blow up or catch fire.

Hey guys, I've been following the forum since the beginning. I have the typical story on here. Ordered at 3 am 9/9, order never went through cause of the stupid t-mobile system. Then was told by a T-mobile rep that she would call me back as soon as the order went through and that I wouldn't lose my "place in line" (whatever that means). NEVER got a call back, never got my order through. Had to order in store and received November ship dates for iP7+ JB 128. Then I called a few days ago and was told my order was still in backorder (obviously) then I called two days ago and was told my shipping dates had change to OCT 1-10 Estimated delivery (YAY), then I called yesterday and was told that information was incorrect and that it was still NOV 1-30. So what do I do? I am being told lie after lie, like many of you, and its just not right. My family and I have had T-mobile for 11 years, even when their service was very subpar, and I would expect to be helped and treated like so. Need some advice!

Some people seem to have luck with contacting art lucero (via Twitter) or the executive team. To be honest, you might just have to wait it out. It's unfortunate but a reality for many of us.

I always update the sim on the internet you don't have to call ;)
[doublepost=1474992519][/doublepost]
I always use the new one, if you go to your account you can easily activate your new SIM card ;)

Good luck, T-Mo said the only way was to call, so I did. When I tried online, it also said to call. Good luck on doing it online.

Nice! when did you order it?!

Its JB 128gb Day! Hoping for movement! It's also TMOBILE TUESDAY for those of you who want to get coupons for pet supplies for the pet you do not own or care to own.

For future reference, I'm sure you know a pet owner or even a shelter that would have appreciated a donation.
