T-Mobile screwed up hard core this time. I put a hold on my bank for T-Mobile. Also emailed the executive rep. They aren't getting there money back. They can eat that charge. They charged me then refunded it back. So they can suck it.

I know that's right. My sentiments exactly- wasn't like the money wasn't there. I'm not the least bit concerned. I feel it's owed after all this crap.
 
I'd be even more patient if my current phone was working properly, its a Galaxy S4 and I swear it will pull a Note 7 any day now and burst into flames @_@

I feel ya. I have the Galaxy Note 5. When it decides to work, it heats up so quickly. I may be out a limb by the time I can get my iPhone.
 
How do you know they lost it? They notified you?
I called last night at 8:30pm, to which they said that it was still being delivered yesterday night. This morning, that "on delivery truck" status disappeared and no info was available.
I called UPS back and they said it was lost and they couldn't do anything. T-Mobile verified it today and will reorder it AGAIN (second time) and again, I'll be pushed to the 11/01-11/31 timeframe for this JB, 256 plus bad luck phone.

DUDE.... Raise hell. Make them give you the phone for free for all of the bull that they are putting you through. Sorry that this is happening to you.

Oh, that sucks! See if you can get compensated from UPS. It is their fault.

That's my fear. Hope I get the new stupid phone before the S4 gives up (overheating is a real concern for Samsung, all their phones, at least the ones I've had, suffer from overheating, it was a matter of time before one of their models overheated so much it actually gets on fire). Good luck! hope yours lasts till you get the iphone!

tmobile has nothing to do with the phone once its in UPS' hands. you need to talk to a supervisor over at UPS asap and they need to find it. it has a tracking number, so they should be able to find it fast.
