They must've got a ton of regular iPhones judging by those ship dates
something else is up with the card issue. the system doesn't allow card info that is incorrect. something else happened. maybe a denied card or bank blocked it. the rep wouldn't be able to complete the EIP order without valid information and like i said the system verifies it..

Hmmm cool. I ordered both 32gb black and rose gold. One has an S, the other doesn't. Both ordered over phone with dates being 9-27 - 10-10.

So like many people here my sister's iPhone 7 - Rose Gold - 32GB says shipped as of this morning (tracking number says 'in transit to ups' still)

However my iPhone 7 Plus - Black - 32GB still says "being processed" with a 9/27-10/10 ship date. The shipping did, however, change to "UPS Expedited Next Day".

Here's to hoping the shipping estimates for my 7+ are conservative and it'll come on/before launch day

Apparently not. I don't think calling would help especially since the jet black color is gone. I'll probably switch to a different color so it may arrive sooner but it still sucks.



This morning. I received a text to process order. I would not have been informed of a wrong billing card if I didn't reach out to them based on this thread. When I called they read off a completely different number. That's when I said the number was wrong and asked to speak to a manager who said the only way they can modify the billing information is if they created a new order.

Oh yeah, beyond upset at this point



Not here. It wasn't even a card I ever used. At this point, my other order was cancelled the manager just said fill in a new order you'll be waiting until November and I snapped back and said yes because of t-mobile not for anything I did wrong. Wasn't offered a credit or anything.

On my next call today I was offered a bill credit. But even still I have to wait because of t-mobile. For the third year in a row

Should have just waited for them to attempt to charge the card - then when it bounced back they would call/email you giving you a chance to update the card number but still keeping your spot in line.

None the less...it's a phone

the only plus side to all of this is I technically don't have a bill for all of the issues. I guess that's a plus right? It costs my current iphone and a huge credit to not have a bill.

And getting a different color.

And sleep. from the preorder day.

I ordered 3 iPhone 7s at around 3:30 AM MDT on Friday. I sign EIPS and receive confirmation emails and texts for all 3 phones. I had an estimated ship date of 9/15-9/16 on all 3 phones. Last night I received an email that one of my orders had been canceled! I talked with t-force on twitter and they were no help. They couldn't figure out why my order had been canceled. They told me that they could reorder the phone, but couldn't guarantee that it would still get the phone on launch day. I reordered the phone online last night at around 2:30 AM and have an estimate ship date of 9/19-9/26. I'm so mad right now! How can they just cancel an order without the customers permission? I sent an email to ERT and John Legere last night, still waiting to here back. The other 2 phones are now marked as shipped with tracking numbers.

I see many mention being able to check their order status in the T-Mobile app...I'm moving from Samsung to iPhone 7, and having trouble finding this in the T-Mobile app on there. Any one else have the same?

To those of you doing the trade-up offer, have you started the trade-in yet? How did you do it? T-Mobile reps told me not to do anything yet and they'll be sending out instructions on what to do soon. I'm afraid I won't get the promo once the device launches...

I plan to go to a t-mobile retail location after I get my phone and see what they say.
