WOO! UPS My Choice showing my order! Still shows Being Processed on T-Mobile's website (of course it does).

My order: JOD for 32GB Matte Black, 7 Plus - Ordered at 12:00 EST (noon) on 9/9!

So yeah, 128GB Matte Black 7+ is finally mine, thought I'd share some initial thoughts to hold over those still waiting.

- Don't miss the headphone jack a bit.
- Love the new matte black color.
- Phone fits perfectly in old cases, except for the camera bit.
- Definitely feels like it's a 6S 2.0 rather than a 7.

Hope y'all get handled soon!

Ordered 9/9 @ 9:15pm.
Charged Fri 9/23.
Tracking rcvd Sat 9/24.
Package delivered Tues 9/27.

The hiss is a defect.

I don't have it! WHEW!

I wondered why on the flight tracker, you see all flights to go Louisville. I thought maybe from there they go to other areas of the USA and then shipped to you, but i guess if you buy from apple for TMo, it may be shipped directly from there. Not sure if folks buy direct from TMobile if it goes to Louisville (i expect) but then has to go to some other area of the USA, re-packaged (possibly) and then reshipped to you.

That is THE main UPS hub. Most UPS packages especially those from international destinations go through Louisville. Interestingly Philly (my home) is the number 2 UPS hub, BUT nothing compares to Louisville Ky!

I just received this text...
Ordered 9/9 330am EST
iPhone 7 + JB 128GB
Checked online still says 9/27-10/24
Any idea on why they would send that text?

Was it sent to Assurant? That's the company T-Mobile uses for trade-ins and insurance claims. Last year they gave me absolute HELL. T-mobile is close to losing my business because they use them. It took 6-7 MONTHS to receive credit or any kind of acknowledgement of my returned phone last year. That entire time, I was forced to pay for both phones and was a nervous wreck not knowing what to do. I called CC every couple days. T-Mobile had no clue where my phone was the entire time. At first they questioned my returning of it; only after my constant calling about it, did they bother to start many the "device research request " forms, (or whatever it's called)--months into the ordeal. They also like to use the phrase "2 to 3 or more billing cycles" when it comes to crediting customers for anything. Of course we would get penalized for each month we withhold their money, they can hold ours indefinitely.

T-Mobile forces us to use these labels for returning devices, yet told me they have no way of tracking them unless it's UPS. WTF? They even told me Assurant could lose it in their warehouse or have an employee steal it, and there would be no proof that I actually mailed a package with an intact, correct phone in it. So, to answer your question: yes it can take on average, 2-3 billing cycles (or forever), and they are very likely to make you pay until they 'process' your return and credit it later. I hope this is not the case for you, however. Good luck!

Thank you so much for responding! I've searched Google and apparently there's been many more cases like this.
I have already contacted USPS but they said they'll "look into it". What I don't understand is how two packages dropped off at the same location, at the same time, going to the same place, ends with one being delivered and one basically going missing. It's been a week and the status still hasn't changed from "Acceptance". I have a receipt with both packages listed as being received on it so I hope that counterclaims anything they might say about me not even sending it in.

I have also contacted T-Force and explained the situation to them but they seem like they don't understand why I'm getting so worried. They say "it sometimes takes 7business days for the item to arrive to us" blah blah blah. I really don't know what to do now. I have no hope that USPS will find the package and I'm not sure what T-Mobile will do. I did everything I was supposed to and it would really suck if I lose my phone while also having to pay for the 7.

So Ive had a iphone 7+ 128 gb matte black for a week now and i think i am going to return it for the iphone 7. i have been having the plus for a year now and idk i think the phone is to big now.

Dude let me just tell you (and anyone else that's reading) -- don't worry about when your phone comes. You have your estimated shipping date, and from everything I've seen, T-Mobile seems to have been pretty reliable when it comes to shipping within that time frame. However, they seem to wait until the last possible day.

That being said -- turn on email/text alerts from TMobile and/or UPS, and go about your life. That way, You'll get a notification when it's actually on its way. No need to be stressing like so many people in this thread... Worrying about what it means when you're charged, when other people are charged, if you're charged in Alaska or Kentucky, what's other people's order numbers, when the planes are taking off/landing... It's kinda insane in my opinion.

I've seen about a couple posts like this through this 745 page thread.....

Buddy, let me give you some advice. To each it's own. If people want to panic, get frustrated or even blow some steam on this thread, they should.

Your opinion like this post, does not matter.

Don't let me see you post another ridiculous post like this.

Complain about UPS & T-Mobile, that's fair game. Support the people who have been charged and have no tracking number or clue where their phone is. Even give those who have 11/1-11/30 dates some support but don't come up on this thread like you're an ambassador, because you sound like a penis.

Besides, why the hell are you in this thread? My guess you're waiting for your phone also... so what? we're not judging you.
Thank you,
