They have yet to shape the aloominyoom body and form the sheet of glass that will describe a singular shape. One made with very few, very precisely engineered pahts. Their obsession remains to continuously simplify and improve. From sculpting the camera housing directly onto the aloominyoom body, to embedding the antenna within the enclosure, essentially making it disappear. They still have to bring each refinement that serves to bring absolute unity and efficiency to their design. To define one truly uninterrupted form they had to develop a whole new PRO-cess to achieve a high gloss black finish. This will require them to utilize rotational 3-D polishing. After that, they utlize a specialized compound that flows over the intricate geometries of the housing to remove imperfections establishing a seamlessness between materials and producing a pristine mirror like surface. The enclosure will then go through an anodization pro-cess which creates a protective oxide layer. A single component dye still needs to be absorbed through a capillary effect to ensure maximum saturation while actually becoming part of the surface itself. Finally, a magnetized ultrafine iron particle bahth is used to polish the anodized layer to superior high shine. When complete my iPhone 7 will be the most singular, most evolved, representation of this design.
