I'm suppose to be expecting a call from Art's team today, however I doubt anything will be done for me to get the phone expedited seeing as users on here have said that no such option is available for Art and his team. I figured it was worth a try anyways.
im also waiting for someone to call me from his team today too i don't expect much neither.

I got a call from them yesterday. Yeah, apparently they can't prioritize orders because it's all computer generated and have no control of the order of phones that are sent out. They said that they are sending the phones as soon as they get them from Apple straight to the customer. I got my October bill waived... yay lol

I don't know if I was charged. I did it through jod and there's no charge for the 32gb plus. I ordered 9/9 with esd of 9/27-10/10. I haven't gotten anything from t mobile and no update on my choice.

My bad lol. I'm not JOD, but we're almost in the same situation. The only reason I'm expecting a tracking is because I was charged yesterday, but most who where charged have already gotten a label or even confirmation of shipping.

Still waiting... :)

Just got off the phone with a "Shannon" from Art's team. She applied an $80 credit and gave me the same reason about how they can't expedite my order. It was worth a try and some sort of compensation from T-Mobile is better than nothing.

Moreover, a couple weeks ago I was sent an automated text from T-Mobile that said they were giving me free unlimited LTE until Feb 2019.. so I can't complain now, T-Mobile has done it's part in compensation and I have no other option now but to wait for the phone.

I figured I would get a tracking number when kylee did but that wasn't the case. Seeing as how I'm jod I won't know when I get charged. So hopefully I get that text from t mobile soon
 
UGH. USPS just called me and said phone shipments from Texas take about 3 weeks to get to York, PA. (Which is total BS because my brother's package arrived on time). The lady told me there's basically only two options, which is to contact T-Mobile to do a IMEI search to see if any phones they have that fell out during transit matched my IMEI number or to contact the main USPS office to do a mail package recovery or something to see if they can locate the package.

She also mentioned that it's uninsured. WTF T-Mobile? Obviously my phone has to be worth something for you to offer a trade-in and you decide not to insure it at all? I sense many weeks and months of arguing this in my future.

I completely understand. Which is why I decided to use my own label/paid separate postage with insurance when sending trade-in. Shows it got delivered Monday, called today and they don't show it as received on warehouse. T-mo rep put in a ticket to locate the phone and they will let me know in 72 business hours. I have a feeling that I will be fighting with them over this.

I ordered a JB 7+ on 9/8 too. I have yet to get any movement. What's your secret? Who do you know?

I received the phone at 10 this morning. So far so good. 2 phones left to go.

Apple is fighting me that hissing is normal. I'm fighting to get a new phone. Mine is excessively bad. Apple is not being understanding toward customers.

You mean after they pretty much effed up the pre order process..... they are giving you a hard time about something you both know isn't normal.
