So this is not very believable, but for anyone who wants to read .. I talked to a rep really quick on the website to make sure not just one of my phones shipped. And she told me that i will expect to see something on UPS within the day now that tmobile says shipped. And i asked if my phone was going to be on ' ready for UPS' for 5 days like some people. And she said no because mine is on overnight shipping and i will have it tomorrow, or for sure friday . Now, not sure how accurate this is. But i will still wait to see something in UPS later today

It should be overnight as soon as ups gets it. Since we're on the west coast we might get lucky and see an origin scan laaate tonight. It that's the case then we should get them tomorrow. The trend has been origin scan at like 1 am 2 days after ready for ups and then receiving that same day.

So happy! Got the text from T-Mobile that my 7+ black 32 gb shipped. The message says allow up to 48 hours for tracking. And on my T-Mobile it does say shipped.

They're not going to give you a different shipping date other than what was given to you. They wouldn't know if yours would come in early or not.

Mine is still raw materials in the ground somewhere. They have yet to even move the excavator that will dig through the dirt, that will unearth the materials needed for them to create the most deliberate evolution of their original founding design. They have yet to shape the aloominyoom body and form the sheet of glass that will describe a singular shape. One made with very few, very precisely engineered parts. Bear in mind that their obsession remains to continuously simplify and improve. From sculpting the camera housing directly onto the aloominyoom body, to embedding the antenna within the enclosure, essentially making it disappear. They still have to bring each refinement that serves to bring absolute unity and efficiency to their design. To define one truly uninterrupted form they had to develop a whole new PRO-cess to achieve a high gloss black finish. This will require them to utilize rotational 3-D polishing. After that, they need to utilize a specialized compound to flow over the intricate geometries of the housing to remove imperfections establishing a seamlessness between materials and producing a pristine mirror-like surface. The enclosure will then go through an anodization pro-cess which creates a protective oxide layer. A single component dye still needs to be absorbed through a capillary effect to ensure maximum saturation while actually becoming part of the surface itself. Finally, a magnetized ultrafine iron particle bath needs to be used to polish the anodized layer to superior high shine. When complete my iPhone 7 will be the most singular, most evolved, representation of this design.

No wonder it's taking so dang long.

I completely understand. Which is why I decided to use my own label/paid separate postage with insurance when sending trade-in. Shows it got delivered Monday, called today and they don't show it as received on warehouse. T-mo rep put in a ticket to locate the phone and they will let me know in 72 business hours. I have a feeling that I will be fighting with them over this.

Good luck with getting your situation sorted out! It sucks that it shows as Delivered but they can't locate it! Whatever system they have in place is obviously not working.

As for my problem, I will probably escalate it pretty soon.

I was never charged in the first place lol . I got an email and text with my tracking number and tmobile says its shipped.

It did that for me too but both of my phones are in the one box.

Well it's been another year of confusion and chaos but when I arrived home from work at 4pm my 128GB 7 Plus JB was literally waiting for me at my door step...
