You're blaming T-Mobile for something that would be apples fault. T-Mobile doesn't manufacture the phones
This is true.... but...

If you follow this thread, other threads and iStockNow... you will see that the Apple store gets regular shipments of iPhones for the other carriers and not so many for T-Mobile. Also... if you have JOD, you have to buy through T-Mobile... so your options are limited. The Apple Online Store doesn't allow you to buy T-Mobile iPhones on any sort of payment plans. Basically.... T-Mobile simply doesn't have the relationship with Apple like AT&T and Verizon do. To make matters worse... if you order from T-Mobile, you get weeks of silence with no updates about the status of the order. I literally didn't here from T-Mobile about my tracking until AFTER I received my device.

Can CSRs edit your order status and attach to it a tracking number you provided them? Because my order status seems to have changed after I talked to them and gave them tracking numbers...

Still no IMEI. I'm worried.

what does your order status say now?

Guys I really have tried EVERYTHING with T-mobile reps and the executive team and they're of no help. Not because they're incompetent (Most of them) but because they legitimately can't go into their system and change the order in which your phone will be delivered to you. I really hope we get them soon, but seems like everyone is getting their orders according to their estimated shipping windows. :(
Please don't tell me this.... I really want my phone to come here earlier than November.
[doublepost=1475205606][/doublepost]Man, I’m getting really anxious and impatient.
T-Mobile Support is no use
UPS support aswell
T-Mo hasn't charged me yet....
November date with 7 day shipping.....
And Apple stores have them but I have to pay full price smh

UUUUUGGGGH
[doublepost=1475205806][/doublepost]Wait? Does UPS charge and ship when a plane takes off from Incheon or Anchorage?

What's the use in contacting UPS support if your phone hasn't shipped yet? Can't really do much but just wait it out or get it from Apple. I would have just gone to an Apple store if I wasn't on JOD and if there were any in stock near me which there isn't. At least not the size/color/model I wanted.

I'm gonna attempt to call T-Mo stores near me. I am not paying full price @ Apple
Dallas area had several stores with various models in stock this morning. No 128MB+'s

Looks like they all sold out of everything before the end of the day. So looks like they trickle in and sell out.

I just don't understand how I don't have a phone I ordered 20 days ago. This is crazy.

I noticed on iStockNow before that when it shows lots of green for phones available, they are *mostly* for IUP, not buy out right. Once I narrowed down to direct buy, it was way less phones at the stores. Still, bottom line is yes, there are phones to walk in and buy , just FYI.

I like how the T-mobile thread has almost twice the number pages compared to theAT&T thread and about 3 times as big as the Sprint and Verizon threads. Goes to show that T-Mobile customers just aren't getting their phones as fast as the other carriers are...

or we just bitch way more.

I have friends on AT&T and Verizon who ordered after me and already have their phones.

Yeah, Apple just don't seem to like T-Mobile. I think we're at the bottom of the barrel when it comes getting shipments.

I mean, even Cricket are getting iPhones shipped to them.

Or maybe there's just that many more orders coming from T-Mobile because of the trade in program and etc.

I am a JOD customer.

Would it be possible to get the phone from Apple store (via the Upgrade Plan that includes Applecare+) then activate it on Tmobile and cancel the JOD and just go with a basic Tmobile plan (One, Simple Choice etc) ? Any issue doing that?

I would say yes, if whatever phone you got through JOD has been fully paid off.
