No that is not whats happening. They don't charge without shipping. If that was the case you would have been charged 3 weeks ago when you ordered the phone.

After all this waiting for my JB IP7+ 128gb. I get an email from T-Mobile saying they couldn't process my card! Then I realized I got a new card last week with a different exp date and new CCV number. I called in to change it soon as I got the email and T-Mobile did charge the amount. Hopefully it's not just an authorization. When I called in to change number she said I should receive the phone soon
