Is everyone getting these texts? I haven't received a single one. I have 10-11 to 10-24 ESD
We've been getting texts from them telling me when my phone will ship. Basically reminding me it won't ship earlier than 11/01-11/30 haha. They've been texting my husbands phone regarding it though, not mine. Kinda weird.
 
Well, if I don't get charged later today/tonight, I'm calling my T-Mobile store to see if they have my phone in stock and marching my happy ass down there if they do. This whole process is a damn mess.

I believe that those who ordered JB like me got thrown into those buckets; I ordered at 445am EST and was lumped into 10/25-11/11, but had I ordered MB, I probably would of been in the 9/19-9/26 grouping or at worst 9/27-10/24.

SEE GUYS, DELIVERY WAS JUST PLACE HOLDER. TODAY IS Sept 30 and i got charged when I had a 10/25 -11/1 window. lol even ppl with 11/1 and 11/30..!!
I'm still waiting for my jet black! I'm in the November window

I ordered on 9/12 for an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB in Jet black.

Estimated shipping 11/01-11/30.

T-mobile tried to charge me for the phone an hour ago but my bank stopped the charge to verify if I made the purchase.

My order status now says "Kept on hold". It used to say "Being Processed".

I called t-mobile to ask them to try it again and now I'm just waiting again for them to charge the card.

How long does this take now, another day?

Hey everyone I ordered a MB 7+ on 9/9 at about 9 am pst. My window is 9/27-10/7. On 9/27 I got an email saying my card was declined which is weird because my card is working perfectly and has funds (it was only $69 tax). I updated my card immediately and was told that I would be charged within 48 hours and my phone would ship. Now it's 9/30 I was finally charged again yesterday but have not got a text or order status hasn't changed. Anyone have this same issue? It's just getting me impatient because I know my card works and I could've had my phone already.

Today I checked my credit card account and the charge is showing pending on my credit card account. I don't know what this means but seems like a little bit of progress.

This happened to me and it's been almost 3 days and they still haven't shipped my phone because the systems are "so busy"

Apparently they're pretty slow about updating orders once they've charged you for the phone. I'd make a My UPS account if you haven't already and just kind of keep an eye on that.
