If anyone has been charged but has not received shipping I would look into it ASAP. I was charged 9/21 and haven't received the phone and talked to many repa that reassured me including a rep that said they pre made my label to make it more efficient when the phone arrive to the warehouse. Well it turns out it was lost. Now they tried saying they were gonna cancel my order and reorder w an estimated ship dat of 11/24-12/12!!! Def get it checked! Sooner than later
Ordered as an upgrade with trade-in on 9/12. Silver 7 - 32 gb
I received notifications from T-Mobile & UPS as ready for shipping on 9/26. Got charged later that day. No updates since then except one that said my trade in date has been extended to 10/27.
I got a UPS tracking # via text, but the UPS site says tracking # "not available. Try again later."
No phone yet.
My window is 9/27 to 10/10

Just arrived in Phoenix. It's been real guys. Glad to know how this actually works so when next year rolls around I'll be prepared.

Charged on Friday around 12:45 pm ET. No origin scan yet but I live 2.5 hours away from KY so I'm thinking they will drive here overnight and get it in a truck for delivery. Hopefully!
I ordered a 7 Plus 128GB Jet Black on 9/9 at 7:30am EST with shipping estimate of 11/1-11/30 and have not yet been charged, yet I've seen a number of people who ordered the 256GB version charged and shipped. Maybe the 128GB was backordered more?
I ordered the 128JB+ 9/9 at 12pm EST 9/9, originally 11-1 to 11-30 ETA, and my phone will be here tomorrow. Not sure whats up with yours.
Oh well if u have cash just buy it. I would rather wait and use EIP lol
We're in the same boat then. Luckily I've got a case for mine arriving tomorrow. That's just gonna sit around until I can use it..whenever that is.

I hope so, yet there's a tinge of doubt, since I order the 128 model of the same phone, which is in super high demand.
