Hmm got charged on Friday but no shipping info yet. iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black 256GB.
I ordered on 09/17 with absolutely no updates...no charge no shipping..tmobile customer service sucks they don't know whats going on. Ive been trying to print a trade in return label on one of my other lines and can't even get to the screen because all i see is the pink loading circle. I Keep getting the run around its so annoying.

I was charged for a cancelled order, yet they swear they didn't do it. Had to contact executive response team. My money has been tied up since Friday afternoon. It likely won't be freed until Wednesday. Utter mess its been this iPhone order. I have a defective unit, was charged twice, etc. Zapped nearly all my excitement for the product.
