Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Like we had no warning.

I'm at the store on release day, the 4th person in line and when the store opens she's like we only received 3 regular iPhones. What's the point of opening the store 2 hours early to sell 3 iPhones??? And they let the first guy get 2 of those, I mean everyone in line was so mad.

same day as your (9/13 at the local T-Mobile store, around 7PM). I have to do it in store since I have a business account.

All they wanted to do was credit our account for the cost of shipping! And then they wanted me to buy cases and screen protectors. I guess it'll make a nice Christmas present lol. I have to find some humor in this craziness!

If you go for the MB, it has shipping time for next week. Just a thought.

residential or commercial? T-Mobile ships it via Next Day Air Saver, so residential addresses are by end of day, commercial is by 3:00PM.

If your UPS driver is cool, he may deliver it earlier.

Oh no! I got some of the T-Mobile employees cell phone numbers and text all three the night before for 3 different locations. They told me their inventory and said not to even bother because they had less then 5 and no plus models because I had my bags packed to camp out. They saved me from wasting my time. Lol

I swear I stay no more than 10 minutes from the UPS hub and I never get my packages until after 7pm. I guess I'm his last route, and it's always the same guy.

I have a similar order pending, and the CSR put all three phones on the same order, so I have to wait until all three are available before they ship:

9/9 with EIP agreement confirmation email received at 7:22am EDT and the order confirmation email received at 7:46am EDT

iPhone 7 JB 128
iPhone 7 RG 128
iPhone 7+ MB 128

Original delivery estimate: 9/27 - 10/24
- No charge yet
- No order status change from "Order in progress"

I also have three orders for what I was told were the return shipping materials for my trade-in devices. The original ship date for each was 9/15-9/20, but was revised to 9/29-10/4 sometime last week. I'm hoping that's an indication that the phones are expected to ship today, but I still haven't seen any regular 7 devices in RG or JB ship yet.

I just got charged as well. Order still shows "in progress". Still, good news for the regular 7 JB and RB folks.
